Q: Low iphone 6 earpiece volume since latest update

Hi, Since 19 Nov I am facing a peculiar issue with iPhone 6 where volume of earpiece has reduced by more than half. I barely can hear caller. Instead I can hear the caller clearly on Headphone or Speaker. So only issue is with earpiece . I tried all setting and tried reset option as well but no avail. The iPhone was purchased in Nov 2014, completed 3 years without any issue. To add, there is no fall in recent time that would have caused this issue. Recently I upgraded to latest iOS 11.1.2

Q: 2 beeps heard in earpiece before outgoing call connects

I have scoured the internet and called Verizon yet I can't seem to figure out why my phone is doing what it's doing...for the past 1-2 months, whenever I make an outgoing call on my iPhone 5, I hear 2 beeps in the earpiece before the call connects (I hear it when on speaker phone as well).   The sound is similar to the beep/tone you hear if someone calls in while you're on the phone. My location doesn't matter (at home, out and about, etc...), I hear the beeps everytime.   Does anyone else hear
