Q: Iphone 6s Screen Malfunctioning

are), I can tell is damaged because there are lines going across the screen. And the screen will tap places on its own, making it almost impossible for me to use the phone for anything. I checked the SIM card slot, the charger port and headphone jack for the water damage indicator and saw nothing that was pink/ red .   Is my phone water damaged? Is it completely done for or would I be able to fix it relatively easily? Any help or suggestions are appreciated tremendously. Thanks!
