      Complete waste of money

The case is fairly expensive. Edges are thick. The on/off and volume switches don’t work through it. Have to take the IPD out of caseto perform these actions. B The case is fairly expensive. Very high quality, love it!

I purchased a few cases for my new iPad Mini 5 and this is the one I’m keeping. I was skeptical of the price as I told myself I was done spending more than $20 for any case, but I have to say I feel this case is worth it. It’s the perfect thickness (NOT too bulky), and very versatile with the detachable spine for Smart Cover use and the Apple Pencil loop. Elegant and protective, highly recommend!

My only complaint is that the power button isn’t aligned very well, it’s difficult to press to turn the device on and off. Very disappointing for such an expensive and otherwise very good case. I’d have given it 5 stars if the buttons lined up better.

Unfortunately, the port opening is too small for the pencil to fit through so you have to take a scalpel to it to make the hole wider. And that's not exactly easy or safe. I wouldn't care if I had paid $10 for the case, but at this price, you shouldnt have to mess around with this kind of thing. I've been an Otterbox fan all my life and I have my iPad Pro in a defender and I love it, but they really screwed this one up.

      Excellent product.

Very pleased with this purchase, but like what someone else said, I give it three stars and not five because the power button is very difficult to work with.

      Fits perfectly but...

Fits the iPad mini 5 perfectly but after a couple of months the case starts to turn a yellow/brownish color.
