Yes!!! They come in 0.5m (1.5 feet), 1m (3 feet), and 2m (6 feet). The standard is 0.5m in the box. The 6 feet length cord is $30, just for the cord. Check your local Apple Store. I just bought one.

As it turns out, the lightning cable only comes in the three foot length.
