    Great support when you need it!

    I have the older R4 unit, 3 of the 4 drives were configured on a RAID 5, with drive 4 assigned as a global spare in 2013. Today I heard one of the drives starting to go south, but not to the point of total failure where the R4 detected any problems. I called at 6PM on a Friday and my call was promptly answered. The tech helped me to check the logs to ensure it was drive #3 that was failing, it was. He helped me force it off line manually which made the unit start an auto-rebuild of the RAID 5 array. Thank you promise for saving my data!
