    Looks good but cheap

This is a great looking Keypad that fits my iPad pro but it's flimsy, looks can be deceiving.. After about 8 months my iPad starting falling out off the case. The upper plastic sides of the holder crack and become brittel and start to loosen and my iPad keeps failing out. The key pad is great, strong, fits the prongs, but after some NORMAL wear their just doesn't hold up well.

    Modern, excellent and lightweight

I dont know where all of these negative reviews have been coming from, the keyboard paired instantly and is so convenient to use , typing feels so comfortable and the cover has amazing modern look, the cherry on top is the outstanding battery life.

    Returning it ASAP

iPad case will not stay in position therefore it will not stay connected to Bluetooth.
    Ugh.

    Not made well

Purchased this keyboard a little over a month ago and a key has fallen off already. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this.

Nice design - wish it had pencil storage

Another solid Logitech product. iPad is held securely by plastic corners and magnets hold it at specific angles as well as holding the cover closed. Keyboard paired quickly via Bluetooth and all functions worked well (i.e., home button, sound, etc.). It doesn't have display brightness settings on the keyboard. Typing is fine, it's a compact keyboard and isn't going to be a perfect replacement for a full size one, nor does it have great key action but it's certainly good enough for light to moderate tasks like email or presentations.

Packaging was good and setup was easy once I realized there was nothing to do but remove the paper from the battery tray and the protective plastic.

I do wish there was an integrated pencil storage tab...otherwise it's a great way to add functionality to the 5th generation iPad.

    Keyboard Review

Very nice cover/keyboard combo. Unlike other reviews, pairing the keyboard was simple to do, simply go to Settings > Bluetooth and then select the keyboard.

When the case is closed, the keyboard doesn’t touch the screen meaning it wont scratch. So overview, this product does exactly what I am after.

    Broke immediately, horrible customer service

I purchased the Logitech Slim Folio at the apple store when I bought my new iPad. I was excited to have a keyboard and hard case all rolled into one. Unfortunately the product is not well made. Within a few weeks of using the case, some of the keyboard pieces popped off and would not go back on. I tried to work with Logitech customer service to get a replacement. It took weeks of back and forth before they finally agreed to replace it. First I had to send back the original. Within a few weeks of shipping it back a replacement arrived. Within a week of using the replacement the exact same keys popped off. I don’t even think they sent me a replacement. It seems they did a shabby repair job and sent back the same case. I’d say don’t waste your money. Product was poor quality, customer service was terrible and apple won’t do anything for you.

    nice keyboard case

This is a nice keyboard case. It adds 1 pound to the overall weight of the iPad - so make sure you consider that. The keys are very nice to type on. The look of the case is also very nice and professional. I have no idea why there are all these negative reviews - probably all from the same person who had a problem with theirs or broke it themselves. The case is NOT fragile so it takes some doing to break it. Anyway, adding a keyboard case greatly enhances the usability of the iPad for business type uses. Makes taking notes, doing email and texting so much nicer and fast. I would recommend this case easily.

    You’ll like it

I ordered the new 2018 iPad pretty quickly after it was announced due to the Apple Pencil compatibility. At the same time I wanted to also see if an iPad could be integrated into my workflow with a keyboard. Since this keyboard case wasn’t available at the time, I went with a super cheap alternative, just to test it out and see whether a keyboard allows me to work my iPad into my workflow. It was $27 and it proved to me that I need a keyboard.

I can use my iPad in situations where I never would have before. Along with the Pencil, a keyboard lets me do just about all of my creative work on my iPad, while moving to my MacBook only to stich it all together.

While the cheap keyboard let me know that I want a keyboard, it also let me discover which design qualities I value. This Logitech case, so far, satisfies all of them. Keys are clicky. Bluetooth is not laggy. Case is slim and looks good in a meeting. Magnets click things into place. Turns keyboard and iPad off when closed. You won’t find these qualities in the $27 alternative.

I’m not sure why the Apple website is so full of negative reviews, but this is a great keyboard for an iPad.

    How do I return it.

I can't get it to work at all. No instructions but for a pictogram which is of no use.

    Great Case/Keyboard combo

Not sure where those few negative reviews are coming from. It does take a little effort to put the second side in so it's seated nice and snaps in tight, but after that it's fabulous. Screen stays in the spot perfectly and stays upright at angle with no issue. Keyboard has great feel and everything works well. Looks professional. I'm very happy with mine.

Logitech Slim Folio Case with intefrated bluetooth Keyboad

I had The same type of Logitech Slim folio Case for 3.5 Years for my IPAD AIR, NO Problems ever. Ordered it right away for my IPAD 6th generation and love it too, it stands well and the IPAD never falls out, either did my IPAD AIR ever fall out.

They are not toys, I take good care of it and also put the IPAD in the case, in it's own thick neoprene case when not using. I treat it like I would treat my laptop, with care. I do recommend this case.

    Disappointing

I had to return this on day one because #1 too heavy at 500 grams- doubles weight of ipad, and #2 no intelligible instructions. Battery change instructions in four languages, but missing Serbo-croat, Gaelic, Sanskrit - Oh and English. After failing to pair it on Bluetooth I waited 20 minutes for Apple Help/technical help, finally called it a day and saved £84. Sadly Logitech appear to have discontinued the earlier ipad keyboard which worked perfectly; "If it ain't broke don't fix it". But I suppose their designers needed to keep busy- what a pity.

    RUN AWAY DO NOT BUY!!

I received this keyboard for Christmas to go with my new iPad. The first 2 weeks it worked fine, but then keys started coming off and the case itself started cracking. I also felt deceived because the people in the store said that this would work fine and I also expected better quality since this is $99. DO NOT BUY IT FIND ANOTHER CASE BECAUSE THIS ONE DOES NOT WORK!!!

    Great keyboard case

This is not meant for rough handling. However, it is an awesome design and turns my ipad into a laptop allowing me to type rapidly where ever I go. Treat it like a laptop and you will get greater life out of it. Now, I just wish there was a way to get a mouse to work with ipads!

Logitech Slim Folio with Bluetooth Keyboard

Trash.Does not stay paired with the iPad 5th Generation. (Tested the iPad with a Logitech keyboard for the iPad Mini 2. It paired 3’ away ASAP accepted commands and stayed paired) The major electronic retailer exchanged the item. Logitech support will offer a replacement and no other details. Waste of money. Apple is associating a good product with a very poor case & electronic keyboard (made?) and distributed by Logitech.

    Good Case

Great Keyboard, securely holds the iPad in place. Did have an issue with it not turning on with first purchase but Apple switched it out and had no issues with replacement. No questions asked. Keyboard works well and is very responsive.

Very nearly perfect - Devil is in the detail

Firstly I really, really like this case. It has transformed how I use my iPad Air 2. Keys are great to type on, shortcuts all work as though you are on you Macbook or iMac and the case is sturdy (or so it seems after three weeks of heavy use)

My only gripe with the case, and I'm digging deep here, is the cut out for the camera doesn't fully align with the camera on the back of the iPad. This results in a shadow around the outside of your pictures. This is the only element that has disappointed me, but seriously expected better for a case costing £85.00.

Case is too fragile; breaks too easily.

Case’s integrity severely limited due to use of thin plastic corner on upper left hand corner that easily breaks when torqued during pressing of iPad’s on/off button. Once broken, case can not hold/lock iPad securely in place; iPad falls out of case when opening or closing case.
