    Stopped charging

    • Written by Victor S from Fayetteville

I was able to use the product on ONE trip. Then it failed to work after that...sorry, a good waste of 100 bucks!

Nice features...too bad it stopped working after 2 months

    • Written by Bernard L from Bloomington

I really like the feature of this battery but not at all impressed with the reliability. After using it sparingly over two months it is no longer charging my watch or phone even though it is 100% charged...push the button on the battery and the charging sign on the phone flashes and goes off..tried several cables I know will work and no improvement. I have emailed the company asking for some help but I can't recommend this device...after seeing some of the other reviews looks like there are a few of us with a lemon.

battery does not hold charge / hold the charge

    • Written by Marcio P from New york

my battery simply does not charge my phone. There are actually 2 unique problems: (1) it stops charging it after a few minutes - and then you have to "light" it up again and (2) the battery charge simply evaporates. I charge before a trip and when I arrive, without using it, the battery is essentially drained and worthless.

for a product with this price, I simply do not recommend. there are better (and cheaper) options available.

    Ridiculous cable issues

    • Written by Peggy E Y from Palm Desert

The supplied cable is ONLY to charge the pack itself, not the iPhone.
You will have to supply your own iPhone cable.
On top of that, you will probably have to purchase another cable to charge the pack in that the supplied cable is ONLY 7 inches LONG! I kid you not! Where in the heck are you supposed to find a place to rest and charge the pack with a cable THAT SHORT?!?
Ridiculous! And at $99 even more ridiculous that they can't supply a decent length cable!

    Battery Pro Fake Advertising

    • Written by Gloria D from Middle River

I bought this battery because I thought I would be able to charge both my watch and IPhone on the run -- while travelling or just for extra power when needed without having to bring a watch cable and phone cable. Well, guess what? That is not exactly accurate. You still must bring 2 cables -- one that charges the battery (for when the battery runs out of power) and one cable for your phone. The phone cable is not included. So, these pictures of the battery charging your phone and watch in the back pocket of your jeans is kinda ridiculous because you need to attach a long phone cable. This was a lot of money for nothing. I am very unhappy. :-(

    Ideal travel accessory

    • Written by John M from Happy Valley

I am loving the BatteryPro! I travel weekly for work, and keeping a full charge for my iPhone and Apple watch is key. I was not sure how often I would need the dual function as I have several mobile chargers stowed away in my luggage, but I find it to be quite useful. It is easier for me to throw my watch on the charger at the end of a long day, instead of searching for another Apple USB plug for my watch charger.

    Worst don’t buy

    • Written by J. Scott M from MADISON

    Orders itnfirst day.
Picked it up from Apple store. Charged the battery overnight.
I plugged in my iPhone 7 Plus. I pressed the battery button and it started charging rapidly. After 2-3 percent charge increase, the battery stopped charging. I pressed the battery button and it charged again 2-3 percent and then it stopped. I put my Apple Watch on the charger. It charged for 2 minutes and then stopped.

It will not charge a device to a full charge. Cable to iPhone was brand new, purchased with the battery.

Worthless if it won’t conplete a charge without shutting down.

Bend Oregon loves this charger !!!

    • Written by matthew M

I am not a high tech person and rarely give reviews, however I felt I had to send big thank you and high reviews for creating this charger. I mountain bike at the end of the day and my phone has been in use all day so would always die on the trail. With the strap on the charger I simply strap my phone to the charger toss it in my tool kit and have good solid charge incase i need phone on the trail or after my ride. This charger will be a must have for back country snowboard adventures and snowmobiling this winter. This is the sports persons dream charger and it fits my phone and in my pocket perfectly. Seriously nice going with the design and the cool strap !!!!!! PS, this really is a must have for anyone who likes to play outdoors its a secure feeling knowing my phone has a charge if needed not to mention I have a fully charged camera ready for adventures. I purchased one for my wife and kids as well. My daughter keeps it strapped to her phone in her purse no more my phone was dead daddy excuses. :)

Has already saved me so many times!

    • Written by Eric P from Camas

I work remotely and increasingly just rely on my iPhone and iPad rather than bring a computer. It's great for being portable but stinks when my batteries start to go. I used to rely on smaller chargers but no more thanks to Elevation's BatteryPro! Now I just plug in, press the button, and I am recharged in no time. Plus, if I have my watch I can charge that too.

The Pro may be larger than other units I have tried but I'd rather have a little more bulk and be able to actually charge my phone ... than carry around a dead charger. Five stars!

Great Battery Pack for both my watch and iPhone 7

    • Written by Ali T from Tigard

I've been looking for a battery pack solution that allowed me to charge my watch when travelling overseas without having to rely on a power outlet or a car charger and I've finally found the perfect solution. This battery pack is extremely well made, has such a simple yet innovative watch strap and doesn't require you to bring any extra cables to charge your watch! I bought mine directly from elevation labs a few months ago, used it when I traveled overseas and absolutely love it. What's even better is you can charge your phone and watch at the same time! I still have my mophie case, anker battery pack and a couple of other 3rd party battery solutions, they all work great, but this one has the integrated watch charger that makes it very unique. I'm an Elevation Labs junkie since their elevation dock was released and this is another homerun for them.

    It's the little things

    • Written by Christopher T from Austin

I have a few USB battery packs and there are a few things that make the Elevation Lab BatteryPro standout.

The BatteryPro stays on while charging the Watch, some USB battery packs auto-shutoff because the current draw of a watch charger is too low, with one of my battery packs I have to make sure I am also charging an iPhone to make sure it doesn't turn off. Shouldn't be surprising as the Watch charger is integrated but it's something that makes this better than plugging in a puck to another battery pack.

The Watch retaining strap works really well, when camping this is the most reliable Watch charging solution I have.

The status LEDs turn off! Both of the Anker packs I have use the LEDs to indicate that they are charging a device, this is super annoying if you are sleeping near the battery pack, like when camping. The BatteryPro LEDs are both smaller and less blinding in complete darkness and the LEDs turn off while charging after a few seconds.

    Perfect travel battery

    • Written by Lisa H from Portland

This charger makes weekend trips possible without having to remember all my chargers! It's also great for longer trips when I'm out exploring all day and my phone or watch needs a boost. The coolest feature is the strap; I can just throw it in my (messy) purse with peace of mind that my watch will stay attached and charging. It's sleek and compact and holds a lot of battery power. I highly recommend this product for anyone with an iPhone and an Apple Watch.
