    Big Failure

    • Written by Sandy H from Madison

Expensive paper weight. I bought one in January 2019 and it failed to reliably charge my iWatch 4 after 2 months. I called Belkin and, after some run around and long conversation, they replaced it. About 4 months later, the “new” one failed again. What a fool I was to expect something different. My advice, save your money. At this point the chargers you get from a large online retailer for half the price work 10 times better. Apple and Belkin should be ashamed to sell such an inferior product. I see the advertisement that says this is “only at Apple” and now I know why - no other company will sell it. Save your money and get a rock for a paperweight instead of this “only at Apple” product.

    Failed in 3 months

    • Written by Marty M from Rowlett

Really liked this charger and didn’t have any trouble with it charging my Watch and my iPhone 8+. Put my phone on it last night and the pad was dead. Watch station still working. For $159 you would think it would last longer! Oh, and the unit was never moved off my nightstand or dropped st any time. VERY disappointed in this unit. Don’t recommending spending this kind of money on inferior equipment

Horrible device that does not work

Horrible device that is meant only for iPhones with no cases
Removing your case is a broken deal not worth the money or the time

NOT Suitable for iPhone XS MAX

    • Written by Gordon M from Hounslow

The iPhone XS MAX will not charge when using this device. It's not fit for purpose.
I will be returning the device to Apple.

Could’ve Been Better for a Belkin

    • Written by D H from South San Francisco

I really wanted to like this charger. If I have to delicately find the right angle or move it by 5cm to get it to ding so I know it’s charging there’s gotta be something wrong with this charger. I’ll give it one star for at least connecting to my watch for charging.

    Poor product

    • Written by Eric B from LA MIRADA

The charger does not work properly. Half the time when I take it of the charger either the watch is not charged or the phone is not charged. I must note that my IphoneX has a otter box and my Iwatch4 has a rubber protector on it. I have never had a problem charging my watch with the standard Apple IWatch charger. I would return it, but I did not keep the box(dummy me). The reliability of this product is not what we have been accustomed to from Apple.

Nice stand but only works if phone has no case

    • Written by Robert F from Valdosta

Quality control was asleep when this product was made. If you use a case on iPhone XS Max it will NOT charge unless you put the phone upside down. I can only guess the design is flawed on this product and the wireless charging pad surface is so small that they did not factor in customers using cases. I tried a couple different cases with same result. If they made the charging pad adjustable in height maybe it would work but as is I advise avoiding this product and especially at this price point. Or if you want to use it with case remember to place it on the stand upside down..which is something you shouldn’t have to for $160 charging stand and $1000 plus phone.

Who approved this design to be sold is my burning question?

Watch part works great. There are cheaper and better alternatives.

Will not charge if you have your XS Max in a case

    • Written by Thomas G from Tahlequah

Received as a Christmas gift from my wife. This unit will not charge my iPhone XS Max without removing the case. I have two other wireless chargers, including another "Apple exclusive" Belkin, that have no issue charging with the case installed. Case is an Otterbox Defender, so no metal, magnets, or other interference other than the approximate 4mm separation. I tried with a leather wallet style case with the same result. This absolutely should not be an issue for a $160 premium charging stand.
