    Garbage

    Just as I suspected these are over priced over hyped headphones with a great marketing campaign. Don’t waste your money. I’ve had these about 3-4 months now and will randomly die mid workout even though they are charged. Ave your money and buy PLANTRONICS headphones.

    Keep breaking down

    After two months of purchasing my bowerbeats 3 broke down and I couldn’t turn it on , I send it to the shop they replace it with new one ,after a week it broke down again , I’m extremely frustrated and i am considering another brand

    No bass and flat sound

    Very disappointing sound. Bass is non existent. I figured with “beats” headphones I would be able to hear some “beats”. I wish I had saved my money and bought headphones from another company...

    Will fall apart

    Received a pair of Powerbeats3 for Christmas. One of the earpieces fell apart after 6 months of use. Sent them in for repair and was told it would be covered under the warranty. Then, I was told it would cost me what they originally cost to repair them. Will never purchase beats again.

    Like others mine just stopped working after 8 months. Volume went erratic. It mostly kept taking the volume to zero. So annoying. Now looking for something else.

    Read all of the reviews and pay attention. These ear buds are trash. We bought 5 of them for our family, and all but one have broken. The actual speaker has fallen out on four of them and there is a $99 fee to repair them even though they just fell out on their own. A repair fee on top of the $200+ we spent on each! C'mon, 4 out of 5 have the same issue and we should be responsible for the fix?!?!?!? We'll never purchase a Beats product again because of this. There are other high end options that are better, Beats is clearly just heavily marketed. Don't do it to yourself. Research and find a better option.

    Not worth the money

    Waisted $200 on this product, didn’t have it 2 years and stopped working. Also, sounds not great either. I bought a new product and it’s way better in price, sound and recharging. I will never ever buy any beats product again.

    Don't buy!!

    I just sent my third pair in for repairs. I am a runner, I run about 20 mi per week averaging about 5mi per run. Between the three pairs I had I only got about 10 X 5 mi runs. I don't think these headphones are sweat resistant. They keep breaking basically they turn off and will not come back on, I charge them for days trying different cards but no signs of life.

    This last pair they sent me lasted two runs!! Because these beats are so unreliable I purchased $50 dollar pair of JBLS to run with and have not had one issue.

    NOT SWEATPROOF

    I sweat a lot when I work out, I had the impression that these were sweat proof from the advertising, however, after a hard workout, they just shut off. Goodbye hard-earned money :(

    Absolute Trash

    I own Powerbeats wireless 2 and hated them. Was gifted the 3s and they are garbage as well. The ear hook just fell off while adjusting them. Apple wants $100 to reattach it.

    Not as Advertised

    These headphones aren't worth the money. They aren't sweat resistant. First pair didn't last four months. Was given a new pair under warranty that lasted about three months. All sorts of issues with them just turning off, volume just turning up on their own
    (which is a risk for users to get hearing damage), not charging, and the list could just go on. Terrible product support after they malfunction. Steve Jobs has to be rolling over in his grave having such a bad product under the apple name. Keep producing garbage beats!
    Funny thing about these reviews is that Apple restricts what you can type about their product. Anther way deception by the company.

    Disappointment

    Currently on second replacement pair of my powerbeats3 wireless headphones that I purchased in July of 2018. I am very disappointed in the quality of this Apple product as I expect a certain level of quality when paying a premium for any Apple product or owned brand. Advertising this product as sweatproof is inaccurate and simply not true. Once my warranty and ability to replace defective products has come to an end I will be moving on to another brand of headphones that will meet my expectations and withstand, adequately, the activity they are most intended for of working out/activities involving sweat.

    Worst headphone ever

    I bought this new and used it couple of time and the remote volume control broke and I went to apple store they repaired it on warranty again it broke within 2 weeks. Really frustrated.

    NOT Sweat resistant

    I have gone through 2 pairs of these and they have both short circuited after wearing them to the gym for some time and sweat gets on the microphone. They refuse to turn on or charge after and are now deemed useless. Save your money and get something more worth.

    Dying product for financial gain.

    Unfortunately my Powerbeats3 earphones refuse to turn on and connect to bluetooth devices after approximately 18 months of moderate use. I had the exact same issue with the original Powerbeats along the same timeline. Why would apple sell a product that lasts causing them to generate less revenue? The left hand knows what the right hand is doing.

    I wish I read reviews before buying Power beats 3. I purchased through amazon and the return period is over - is the only reason for keeping them. I wish I bought airpods than power beats 3.

    Not sweat proof in the least

    When runners select gear they expect it to be dependable and at the least not interfere with their routine. I could never recommend these to anyone active. For a product that is advertised as intended for active ware they fail too often. I started with Powerbeats 2 less than three years ago. I have now had my third failure with the newest Powerbeats 3. Apple graciously replaced the first two pair but no w claims that the replacement pair falls under the original warranty. I assume they are bleeding cash replacing the numerous failed units.

    Disappointed and surprised tbh

    I really liked these headphones! Emphasis on the past tense... got them as a Xmas gift so only had them for about 6 months and they’ve already crapped out on me! Won’t turn on, won’t take a charge, nothing. Honestly the sound quality was never that great, especially for beats, but I did like how they fit and stayed on so well, especially since I’m someone who HATES ear buds you gotta really jamb in there. Safe to I wish I’d read all these fellow scathing reviews before spending so much money on them... don’t know if They’re poorly made or not nearly as resistant to sweat as they claim but I’m so upset
