    Just as I suspected these are over priced over hyped headphones with a great marketing campaign. Don’t waste your money. I’ve had these about 3-4 months now and will randomly die mid workout even though they are charged. Ave your money and buy PLANTRONICS headphones.

    Keep breaking down

    After two months of purchasing my bowerbeats 3 broke down and I couldn’t turn it on , I send it to the shop they replace it with new one ,after a week it broke down again , I’m extremely frustrated and i am considering another brand

    No bass and flat sound

    Very disappointing sound. Bass is non existent. I figured with “beats” headphones I would be able to hear some “beats”. I wish I had saved my money and bought headphones from another company...

    Horrible Purchase

    I used these headphones for less than 2 months before they stopped working. They are definitely not sweat resistant. They won't even turn on after a full overnight charge. They are dead. What a waste of money.

    Left Hook Broke ~19 Months

    My hook broke after ~19 Months. Headphone costs $199 at the apple store, but costs $114 to repair. If you want headphones that will last a long time, try to avoid this model.
    Quick Maths:
    $199/19 Months = $10.47/month is the breakdown of this product life cycle
    $199 + $114= ~$313 is what it is going to cost me for +19 months of use
    $313/19 Months = $16.47/month is the breakdown of this product life cycle for my case

    The best part is when you go to the store and they try to sell you on a $250 model. LOL!!! Apple Marketing is the REAL MVP!!!

    Waste of money

    These hurt. They are not comfortable for working at my computer or working out. I’ve had them for months now and time and time again I try to give them another chance and it’s not worth it anymore.

    A phenomenal piece of garbage

    I went trough two pairs and both of them did not last for a year. My wife bought a two times cheaper wireless headphones at the same time when I got my first pair and they are still working. Mine probably died from sweat even though apple has been strongly marketing these headphone as for sports. Lessons learned: 1. never buy or even consider buying any Beats headphones; 2. Tell anyone I know not to buy anything from this company; 3. Share my experience on social media 4. Think more carefully when I buy anything from Apple

    Completely useless product

    Arrrrr I wish I read reviews before buying. Last time I will ever buy apple and will make sure I spread the word. So bad from such a large company to continue to take peoples money for such a poor product. Completely dead, wont charge. Got about 25-30 charges from them. Now they are dead. It's clear by all the complaints, not just from here how bad they are.
    Customer gone forever.

    Always broke

    Terrible product because they are always breaking. I am about to take my second broke pair into Apple to fix. Don't buy these unless you sit around all day, I work out and run a lot so I am thinking it's due to sweat. Sure you can use wireless headphones for other things but best use for them is working out, why would you make wireless headphones that can't withstand sweat.... very bizarre.

    Don’t waist your money on Beats

    I purchased these earphone 8 months ago and use them probably once a week but they have just stopped working, after reading reviews on them even though they are sold as sweat resistant they are obviously not.

    DON’T WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

    The ear hook broke on my first pair, the wire punctured the casing that surrounds it... I put some electric tape over it and it worked pretty well untul two-three weeks later the other side broke off completely... So with one ear hook taped and the other ear not supported, I gave up on this pair... So I purchased a second pair with the understanding that the ear hooks may not be very durable... and sure enough even with my careful and delicate handling of the headphones left ear hook snaps off after one week of use... Again I try to bare with it (as I don't use them very often) but of course the r ear hook snaps off as well... I now have 2 pairs of Powerbeats Wireless that have no ear hooks.... Will never purchase another Beats product again... Besides all that they are waaaaaay Over priced!

    As with most people, sweat seems to interfere with the battery. I’m on my second pair now (infrequent use) and they have stopped working with the same problem most people report. Being as apple go from the original pairs purchase date for the warranty, I would have to pay for this. Not worth spending the extra money on pair that you think would last.

    Possibly the worst headphones I’ve owned

    These sound fine when new. Then stop working - intermittently. I don’t mean that the disconnect, but rather that they stop charging, buttons get stuck, etc., and it’s because they aren’t actually sweat resistant - at all.

    Headphones are DEFECTIVE, buy something else!

    Similar to all reviews these headphones are not reliable, and I've had to replace a total of 3 times with the most recent replacement only lasting 2 months. They aren't water resistant and are very sensitive to sweat. Save you money these headphones aren't worth it. I'm surprised that Apple hasn't addressed they have to know with the amount of replacements provided something is wrong with this model or the production bath of headphones they received.

    Unreliable, will go dead

    Within 3 months, I had 2 separate pairs of Dre Powerbeats3, and a Powerbeats2 go dead. It went from working fine one day, to no longer being able to accept a charge for no reason the next. Once they are a year old, Apple support offers to repair the earphones for around $100. They were nice on phone and I could tell they felt bad they couldn't do anything- as it seems they ran into this problem all the time. I am a little perplexed they wouldn't make an exception to not lose my business after losing 2 pairs of Dre Powerbeats in a few months. Why would anyone risk this money on a repair for old earphones that have already proven unreliable? I have been a longtime Apple loyalist, but unfortunately I will not be trusting them with my earphones or audio going forward. Steer clear of these, they will let you down at little over a year. I will never buy Apple or Dre earphones again because of this.

    Would give it a zero if possible. They do not work. Keep disconnecting. Terrible customer service. I will no longer be using these products if this is the new Apple standard.

    Wish I could get my money back. Stupid of me not to have looked at this forum first to see the problems. I have trusted Apple for good quality products for 30 years but looks like they have just turned into a greedy marketing company, selling stuff the does not work as advertised.

    Broke twice in 3 month period mid work out. Beats used to be a really great product I had an older pair of these same headphones that lasted me 4 years without any issues. SO disappointing and a huge waste of money.

    replace 2 time within a year, only use them while on treadmill, and now after claim twice the same thing happens again...
    heard of the sweat proof issue, then in the first place should not mislead user to use it for exercise.
    Seriously piece of junk and i would give it 0 star if i can do that
