    Great product, one moderate flaw.

Great product. Wireless connectivity is brilliant for iOS devices, MacOS not so much. My biggest complaint is the wireless charging case will deactivate hotel room cards on contact. Perhaps something with the Qi charging coil Apple is using.

    Not bad, not great

These are technology wonders, but if you want them for music make another choice. They are merely adequate for true music listening. Not worth the exorbitant cost. I returned them.

Get the ones without the wireless charging case

    • Written by Zach W from Aurora

The new pair is awful in comparison. The wireless charging case ones I have to unpair and repair and the old ones just work. Really bummed on this purchase.

    Over Priced

    • Written by James G from North Hills

I love them when they work. However that's only half the time. They disconnect often now. And too f****** often only one airpod will be connected and its impossible to get the other airpod connected which is the worst. Totally wastes time trying to messing around with these instead of having headphones that actually work.

    Extremely Disappointed and Disappointing

    • Written by Javier S from Ontario

I really was looking forward to these version of Airpods, but starting off I would have to say they have been a waste of time and money. I have had to exchange my Airpods not once, twice but three times. Why, because for some reason each pair I have got the Airpods themselves charge to 100% but continue to charge without stopping. I have contacted Apple multiple times and they cannot even figure out what is wrong with their own product. My honest advice is that these really need to go back to the drawing board to figure out what went wrong.

    Bad, Frustrating, Disappointing

    • Written by Joanna M from Las Vegas

I was so excited to get my AirPods, I'm an active person and enjoy running and working out along with using them at work. However, since I've started using the AirPods, I've experienced several flaws and am left frustrating and disappointed.
-They constantly fall out of my ears while I'm running
-It's near to impossible to ever find out what the charge is at because it doesn't show up on my phone
-As I'm constantly trying to keep them in my ear, I tap the sides and it's voice control which is SO annoying because when I'm trying to run I don't want to call anyone.
-No way to turn the volume up on the AirPods.
-If the case has battery juice left and I pull my AirPods out and get the dead sound, how is that possible??? They were just charging in a case that is fully charged.

Long story short, I'm pretty disappointed and regret spending my money on this product.

I got these 2 days ago and they were working wonderfully at first. The first night I had them, music started to play out of only one ear in stead of both. No problem I thought, I’ll just reset them. And boy was I wrong. I followed the instructions and went to reset and was stuck in pairing mode for the whole night! The next morning I was about to return them and get my money back, but thought I should give them another chance. Sure enough, when I went to connect them, they connected. Great!! They worked perfectly the rest of the day. The third day comes and they are working just as well as the day before. The night comes and while I’m listening to music, the music pauses and plays again only coming out of one ear. Ok, I know what to do. Just reset them. Same problem as before, stuck in pairing mode!!!! I’m furious!! I plan on returning these as soon as possible. I might give the ones without a wireless case a try. My hopes are not high at all.

    Works great until it doesn't

    • Written by Zach B from Houston

Sounds ok and generally manages to capture that Apple magic as far as ease of use.

Lasted about a month, and then the left bud stopped being able to hold a charge.

    Great Sound!

I had received my AirPods with problems with sound and gaved it another chance so I got a replacement and these new ones are truly amazing!.Only thing is that they are not as comfortable in the ears after an hour or more of use.Besides that they are a good purchase.

The original AirPods were great. No issues. Bought the 2nd gen ones because my original ones were getting pretty beat up from daily use. Nothing but issues with these. Half the time they don't connect to my iPhone 8 Plus or MacBook Pro and when they do, often its only just one side that connects and other is non existent. This is my second pair with the same issues. QA has definiley decrease. The case hinge also feels much flimsier and cheaper.

Great devices! Minor issues, but still deserves 5 stars!

Currently I have the AirPods 2.0 with the wireless charging case. I received them as a birthday gift five days ago and have been using them with my iPhone, Windows Laptop, iPad, and MP3 Player (not an iPod). I liked how seamless it was to pair them with my iPhone, and how it automatically named them “Jack’s AirPods”, and how they synched over iCloud and works with all my apple devices. It was not hard to pair them to devices that weren’t my iPad, iPhone, or Mac. The only cons I have are the fact that they don’t work well for running (they fall out), they sometimes cut out on my non apple devices, and they are not very comfortable however I am slowly getting used to it. They do hurt my ear canal after a while. Other than that, I use them for bike riding, in the car, and I am impressed by the sound quality (I have never owned a Beats By Dre product before)

Sound is great when both buds work. I use them for my 3 mile walk/jog each morning. They must be charged each time. However, although I manually disconnect them when not in use they automatically turn back on and wear down the charge. I keep turning them off to no avail!!! Very frustrating!

Just received my wireless AirPods they are amazing no thought about it, amazing sound quality and I absolutely adore the wire changing. The AirPods have a plug on the bottom witch is very convenient if you don’t want to use the wireless charging, I would highly recommend this product to anyone!

    Not a good fit

    • Written by Andrew I from Fairfield

I really want to like these. The easy pairing and seamless transition between pulling them out of the case and having your music ready to listen is great. The same goes for things like using Siri, pulling one bud out to pause music and double tapping to skip tracks. I even like that some ambient noise is able to come in so that I can hear my surroundings. The problem, and an absolute deal breaker for me, is the fit for these is terrible. I tried so many ways of putting them in my ears, but they both slide out and practically fall out within 5 minutes every time. It's just impossible to keep them in and with that, they're pretty much unusable for me.

Great product, convenient, fast and easy to use. Wireless charging is such a convenience.
One critique I have is that sometimes when the AirPods pair to my phone, the volume is super low even though my volume bar is filled, this error is easy to fix though and I'm sure Apple will squash this bug very soon, this bug is definitely not enough to give this product 4 stars

    Perfect for the average person

    • Written by Zachary D from Bloomington

Chords were so 2018 so I was very excited to take the plunge and purchase the new AirPods that recently were released. They do exactly as they say they do. I put them on and they automatically connect to my phone. When a friend approaches me and I take a headphone out, the music stops. For the average person who really doesn't know all that much about audio quality; this product is all you will ever need from truly wireless ear buds.

I'm not saying they're perfect, but the reason they are so successful is that they just work like all of Apple's products. They're simple to use; even my grandmother knows how to use them!
