I've had my iPad since December and noticed this "line" across the top of the screen. Before, I could clean it off, but now there are permanent scratches on the screen. I tried putting a cloth over the metal area, but there is a magnet that secures the closure and the cloth prevents it from locking. Too bad, the keyboard works great otherwise.

Scratches the Screen. Logitech Support Unhelpful.

Logitech support was unhelpful in reaching any resolution, drawing it out for weeks with emails back and forth, requesting multiple additional pictures, etc. I finally just went back to the Apple store and returned the product, even though it doesn't change the fact that there is now a long scratch down the screen. I am not a heavy user. I would recommend that you NOT purchase this product. It will ruin your iPad screen.

Permanent mark on my $1000 iPad Pro!

I am so upset and angry! This is totally unacceptable and I will be complaining to Logitech too. This should NOT be sold in an Apple Store. Bummer, too, b I am so upset and angry! Stopped working after an Apple update...no fix

Tried everything apple support suggested. Keyboard had barely been used at all. No fix...now I have an expensive Ipad case with a useless keyboard attached. Does this honestly not hold a pencil?

I just bought the top of the line iPad Pro, including the Apple Pencil and this mechanical keyboard and protective case. Who is the genius at Logitech who thought I wouldn't want a place to store the $130 Apple Pencil? Should I just toss it in my backpack? It's going to be easy to lose and even easier to damage. This is just poor planning and poor design by Logitech. On top of that completely fatal flaw, the keys feel like mush, the case is heavy, thick, and ugly. I got this for work and will be returning it for something else. Apple shouldn't be selling these, it makes them look bad.
