      Flawed from Start

      Excitedly picked up device at Apple Store. Come home. Download app. Follow manual. Go to devices find Pair New Device... Ummmm. No such option. I can choose from types of devices and fine One Drop Meter.... but it says enter code. I do not have a code. No one gave me a code. No code on box that I can identify. So I go to SUBSCRIBE... I need to order a meter. I HAVE A METER! Call 1800 number...it's a voicemail. WOW!

      Terrible accuracy

      The readings ranged wildly from the get go. I contacted them and after a dozen conversations of them trying to justify why their reader accuracy was so poor the The readings ranged wildly from the get go. I contacted them and after a dozen conversations of them trying to justify why their reader accuracy was so poor they agreed to send a replacement. I waited for several weeks and the replacement never came. Cancelling the account itself was needlessly cumbersome. In one of my conversations with them they suggested I should do two readings every time (even though that did not help accuracy at all). I told them they should rename themselves TwoDrops instead of OneDrop. The product itself looks good online but it's no more than chrome coated cheap plastic. Overall this was a terrible experience. $100 later and a after lot of frustration and disappointment, I am going back to my AccuCheck Aviva which has always been accurate and never fluctuates more than a few mg, the OneDrop would fluctuate sometimes 50mg and they claimed this was normal ):-(

      Not Accurate for Me

      I have used the One Drop Blood Glucose meter for just under one month, but I am cancelling their Premium subscription which you must have to buy additional test I have used the One Drop Blood Glucose meter for just under one month, but I am cancelling their Premium subscription which you must have to buy additional test strips, and gives you all the test strips you need each month. This is one of their main selling points, as most insurance plans limit the number of strips you can use per month. But who cares how many strips they are willing to give you, if they are not accurate, as has been my experience. The test strips are manufactured in South Korea. I know device is FDA approved, but has been useless to me. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

That's the best thing about this meter -- I have everything in one place, and my sugars send directly to their app. So cool! So easy. And I can keep track of food and exercise and insulin. If I have to be doing this stuff, it may as well be easy.

      Setup was a breeze!

      Took all of about 15 minutes to setup! Works great I’ve been comparing test results to my onetouch ultra. Results have been within 1- 5 points. After reading all the reviews, I was fully prepared to send it back if I experienced any of the issues that many have shared here... I’m pleased to say that I’ve had no issues with this device, Bluetooth downloads or iPhone app. I am very happy!

      Easy to Use, Flawed Sync

      I have used the meter for several months now and mostly happy with the meter and service. The price for the strips is very good and when it works, the meter and I have used the meter for several months now and mostly happy with the meter and service. The price for the strips is very good and when it works, the meter and App are very easy to use. The strips generally arrive within a week of ordering and the process is very straight forward. However, I have had ongoing issues trying to get the meter to sync with my phone. It will work for a while, then stop working. Recently I can not re-sync the device at all. I have found the customer service to be very responsive and in fact am in the process now of arranging a call about the sync issue. Still, the inability to sync on again, off again for months is troublesome. I also, like another reviewer here, find it frustrating that there are no batter replacement instructions to be found. I have suggested a help video or FAQ but to date can't find any way to replace the batteries without possibly damaging the unit. Since resetting or replacing the batteries seems like an easy troubleshooting step, the lack of information is frustrating. Overall this is a good product and service, but there are some rough edges to be resolved before I can go above 3 stars.
