10/10, simple, easy to manage and powerful sound, deep bass but clear at the same time. Ligth, elegant and confortable in ear headphones. I have both QC 30 an 10/10, simple, easy to manage and powerful sound, deep bass but clear at the same time. Ligth, elegant and confortable in ear headphones. I have both QC 30 and QC 35, both are spectacular, with minimal diferences in noise cancelling. Are Expensive but secure. The BT pairing is fast and the connection solid.

The only thing what i could hear is the music all the time until i unplug from my ears. One thing to comment is the bluetooth. It is definitely not often, but i do get glitches once a while. I am not sure if it is disconnecting for less than a half second or due to the interference caused by other bluetooth devices such as apple pencil or apple watch. However, i am so pleased that i bought this product. I just forget it is sitting on my neck often. So lightweighted and comfortable to keep on my neck.

No issues with the neck band, actually feel it is good given it will not fall or something. Charging socket could have been at a better place. Bose should introduce the multiple bluetooth connectivity and switch from devices to devices easily. One of the best products from Bose!! Good investment

      Poorly Built

The rubber body has begun to separate from the neck piece in less than 10 months. Bose - you can do better.

Overall performance and battery life have been very good, really no complaints there at all, perform as advertised. However, the softer outer layer of the neck band has come completely unattached from the hard plastic body, Still useable but ugly and the on/off button only works if you go in under the outer layer to press the button. So the switch is now exposed and I expect it won’t be long before corrosion and/or dirt render these inoperable. VERY disappointing for a $300 set of headphones.

If you need these for phone calls look elsewhere.....Awesome for the rest

Apple's crazy idea to remove the 3.5mm jack probably left a few more of you in the same boat if you're reading this. Here the deal, I make a living tied to a phone. I am on calls, conference calls and what not 9-10 hours a day. That is my primary use for headphones. If your primary use is for noise canceling and music.....they seriously are awesome headphones buy them now but if you are using them primarily for phone calls read on..... These things have "active" listening meaning they sample all the sound....unfortunately they don't filter it out so the caller on the other end hears more noise than standing a subway. They pickup everything and I'd suspect a pin drop or a fish /fart/ but I took them back before I could test that theory. If you want the sound quality of the Bose....go with the QCi20 and deal with the stupid battery pack otherwise keep looking
