      Don't buy this

      So, I got this for my iPhone 8 Plus and the case is a bit deceptive. The phone will slide into the case without issue. It feels just like any other Mophie Jui So, I got this for my iPhone 8 Plus and the case is a bit deceptive. The phone will slide into the case without issue. It feels just like any other Mophie Juice Pack. It is snug, but not difficult. Unfortunately, once it is on, you can't get it off. So, if all you have are wired headphones, you won't be able to use them because there is no pass through port to plug them into. Also, if you want to share your case with someone else that might have a dead battery, you are out of luck. The case is stuck on there really tight. I have watched YouTube videos that show people using shims to wedge in between the case and phone and then slowly backing the phone out. The problem with this method is that it would be incredibly easy to scratch the phone surface. So, unless you have wireless headphones and never intend on removing the case, you shouldn't buy this product. I am disappointed that Apple has this advertised here as compatible with the 8 Plus because it isn't.

      Super Stuck...Apple or Mophie PLEASE Help!

      I had been using the juice pack religiously for over a year on my iPhone 6. When I upgraded to an iPhone 8 Plus I was excited to go out and buy the “compatible I had been using the juice pack religiously for over a year on my iPhone 6. When I upgraded to an iPhone 8 Plus I was excited to go out and buy the “compatible” juice pack for my new phone. It slid in a bit tight as I expected it may. Now, I can’t get my phone out! It is like it is glued in there!! I’ve watched so many videos online and searched everywhere for a safe solution. If my phone breaks or chips while trying to pry it out...who is replacing my phone? These phones are not cheap and I will be super upset if I find out that the only way to free my phone from this case is to break my phone in the process. Did nobody test these cases before deciding to push them to market?! PLEASE...if anyone can help me figure out how to safely remove my phone or if anyone from Apple or Mophie cares enough to respond back with a reasonable solution to my problem...I would be forever thankful!

      Terrible design...stuck

      The case won't come off at all. I can't use the headphone adapter. The case separates at the top vs bottom so I can't get to the charger. Very disappointed. I d The case won't come off at all.       Don’t buy!!

      I bought this for my new iPhone based on my great experiences with previous versions but now I can’t listen to my music with it on. Great paperweight

      Decent Case

      I was hesitant about buying this based on the reviews of it getting stuck once on the phone. However, after using it for a few days it isn’t that bad. It is ve I was hesitant about buying this based on the reviews of it getting stuck once on the phone. However, after using it for a few days it isn’t that bad. It is very snug, but it is possible to remove without damaging your phone. The only downside to this is the fact that there is no accessible headphone connection to use. You have to use Bluetooth headphones if you want to listen to music while charging your phone. I have the AirPods so this isn’t an issue for me at this time. Overall, I would prefer an Apple smart battery case over mophie.
