      Random keys not working after a week

      I've had the keyboard / case for a week and it was amazing right out of the box. However, I tried to use it today and there are about 10 keys in random places o I've had the keyboard / case for a week and it was amazing right out of the box. However, I tried to use it today and there are about 10 keys in random places on the keyboard that don't work at all. I'm really upset because it was one of the best solutions I've seen while it worked. I highly recommend that you search online for this issue before you buy. I found half a dozen threads on Logitech's forums about others with the same problem. Unfortunately, re-pairing is impossible in this case because several numbers do not work.

      Totally failed product / highly distressing matter

      This product was launch despite the fact its not working. 3th retour so far, keys & pairing randomly stop working after 2 weeks in use / its a general problem w This product was launch despite the fact its not working. 3th retour so far, keys & pairing randomly stop working after 2 weeks in use / its a general problem with this model. The matter is dispoinnting as we use this case at work in our company for our technical team. It seems to me testing wasn´t don´t properly on this product. Pretty embarrasing! My advice - Fire the product manager at logitech & purchase manager at Apple including supervisors!

      Don’t buy it

      Worked for 5 months then some keys stoped working, I contacted apple they said I should get in touch with Logitech, I contacted them they told me some instructi Worked for 5 months then some keys stoped working, I contacted apple they said I should get in touch with Logitech, I contacted them they told me some instructions to follow, finally restarting the iPad (one of instruction) fixed the problems for a few hours after that same problem again so I restarted again and now it doesn’t connect to the IPad at all. Neither Apple or Logitech don’t accept their rubbish product now and I have wasted $150 for this keyboard.

      Don't buy

      I only bought this because the Apple seller told me that It was better than apple's keyboard. But after 10 days of use, some keys stopped working. I'm devasted.       Just bought but is there an alternative?
