      Yeah they are terrible

I love everything about Apple, except this. They keep breaking and this is ridiculous for twenty bucks a pop. Design change please!!

Apple sinks to new low with these cords

I paid a fortune for my cords because "off brand, inferior cords can ruin you iPhone" I was told by an AT&T rep. Well guess what? The Apple cords don't last. I've had it with this company and its attitude.

And we all know that they are not cheap especially the ones for the Macbook. Apple please either redesign the cables or drop the prices.

I made several visits to Apple stores but they dont care as you are stating the obvious. These salesmen are trained to speak and tell you that you are using the cable incorrectly and theirs are still going strong after two years!! Well that's a stategy that make cheap cables to make sure it doesn't last promising them a repeat business!! Do anyone think that Apple cannot get this straitened out with the quality of the phones they are launching year after year?? Well it's obvious!!! The cables made back during 2005 were built to a higher standards and to this day I have the original iPod cables and all of them work perfectly with no signs of warping. I have three of them and all going great!! Recently I switched from Apple to alternate brand and they work like a charm. It's over 10 months and they do not show any signs of wear. Looks brand new even today. Sorry Apple not buying your expensive chords anymore. You can keep all of them, until and unless you straighten things up and price your cables appropriately to make it worth a buy!! I will rate your cables 0 if I ever could!!

      Confused with the Complaining

I guess I must be a gentle guy (NOT!) but out of the 6 iPhones I've bought in my life only one Apple-branded cable has ever failed me.
