yes, you need to contact AppleCare and one of the representatives will assist you. I have done this yes, you need to contact AppleCare and one of the representatives will assist you. I have done this myself. although you cannot do this directly from the apple store. :( AppleCare will send you a direct link to purchase your replacement color online.
