      Shattered remote

My remote dropped on the floor and shattered, and is so small I have to be careful with it around my baby. Fix the remote so it doesn't shatter when dropped an My remote dropped on the floor and shattered, and is so small I have to be careful with it around my baby. Fix the remote so it doesn't shatter when dropped and also so it isn't so small that it gets lost. Also make the replacement cost reasonable, the only people buying replacement remotes are people who have broken their remotes already. So maybe don't try and make a large profit on the replacement remotes.

It's really lightweight and feels good. I've never had amy problems with it not connecting/getting disconnected. I've drop it from roughly 3-4 ft. many times and it has yet to shatter (p.s. it has no case). If it wasn't so small and easy to lose, I would give it 5 stars (It's not 3 stars because they brought the price down from $79.00 to $59.00, so I gave it 1 more star).

So frustrating to learn and use

I hate this thing. I hate that I had to buy a power plug charge the 4 remotes I have. I hate that there's no way to simply enter a channel and select it. I hate there's there no mute button on the remote. I hate that the remote is so small and hard to keep up with. I'm at the point of hiring a contractor to install coaxial cable outlets in the walls of my 100 year old home so I can go back to the "good old days" of a solid, handheld, "beefy" remote. Please, please Apple, do something with this remote...I like the service, I hate the remote...

I've never hated a device more

I bought a video game controller just so I can speed past commercials without throwing this remote in anger. $50 so I can use 2 actual buttons. I hate it. I hate this thing so much if my Apple TV broke, I would get a Roku.

And I'm only checking the price because the original remote fell and shattered (tip: nowhere in the product documentation the manufacturer bothered to mention that the remote is a piece of fragile glass). Ergonomically awkward, functionally useless, a complete disgrace to the team that designed it. Would rate it a zero if possible.
