Coupled with the fact that this cover is both front and back, when the cover is open and you support the iPad from the bottom with one hand, two sharp edges, the front and back covers, cut into your hand. I does a fine job of protecting the iPad when not in use, but I have to remove it to use my iPad most of the time. It's going back to the store...

      Looks okay but, feels bad

Case looks okay. The edges on the case are very sharp so it it very uncomfortable to hold this case.

Basically it magnetically "sticks" inside the case, but not well enough. The problem is that it can easily be dislodged and I have a scratched new iPad Pro 11 to show for it. You pay $79.00 for a case, and it actually makes dropping your iPad easier because it can literally come right off the case. Do yourself a favor, get a case that mechanically protects your iPad against falls, instead of one that contributes to them. Apple makes great products, but this is not one of them. It needs far better retention so your big dollar iPad, which can be very expensive, does not end up needing big dollar repairs.

It also doesn't feel as good in the hands as the earlier Apple accessory case/cover when holding the iPad for viewing. Furthermore, I sometimes accidentally pull the folio completely off the iPad when trying to simply fold it back over the display, which could lead to a dropped iPad. I may see if an aftermarket cover is available which suits me better.

      Bad quality, develops wrinkles

The material feel is worse add many people say. The cover developed wrinkles in several areas. I asked for a replacement thinking it was a defective batch. I got the replacement quickly and without problems. A few weeks after the new one is showing already the same problem. I am going to ask for a refund. This is not the quality Apple normally sells and what I expect from them. They should recall this product.
