Answer
Neither the MacPro nor the SuperDrive currently support Thunderbolt, so the simple answer is that you cannot hook either one up with your Thunderbolt cable directly. Since the SuperDrive is native USB 2.0, even if you found a Thunderbolt to USB 2.0 adaptor, your SuperDrive data transfer rates will still be limited to USB 2.0 max rate.
