Should I get an iPad mini if I have a macbook pro (15 inch) and iPhone 4?
So I'm going to college, and I recently bought the macbook pro, but I realized how heavy it is to carry around all day. I've had an iPhone 4 for over a year, so obviously I like apple products. I've been looking at an iPad Mini to carry around when a macbook isn't necessary, but I was wondering...is there really a difference? What are some things that separate the macbook pro vs the iPad mini other than size?
If anyone has all 3 I would love imput or anyone who has apple products.

I have a MBP 15", iPad 3 and an iPhone 5S. I'd have to say I use each for different reasons.
When I'm really working and am creating content (writing, studying, etc), I always use my MBP. When I'm consuming media, checking email/social media, browsing the web, teaching, talking to a group, playing music, taking quick notes, reading a book, etc...it's my iPad. My iPhone does some of what I do on my iPad, but it's more about communication and NEVER about creating content or working (except if I'm in a real pinch, I have my documents in the cloud).
I often take my iPad instead of my MBP. Love all three products!

Yes. It is a great addition to any collection of Apple products you have. it's light and easy to carry. I also have an iPhone and an iPod touch, and 2 iPods. my iPad mini is my favorite because it's light, portable, and does most things a computer can do!
Hope this helped!
