Why does Apple's iPad 3 say WiFi + Cellular & not WiFi + 4G? Is there a difference between the two?

Because the new iPad is 3G and 4G (LTE) capable. Cellular is an easier way to say multiple network compatible.

  • No difference, the cellular means 4g. So it is the exact same thing.
