¿Can I buy a factory unlocked iPhone 5 and use it with any service provider in Colombia?

You will not be able to use LTE/4G in Colombia because iPhone5 (any model sold in the U.S.) is not compatible with the UNE's LTE (2600 MHz, band 7/38) as of Jan. 31, 2013. You'll be able to use the 3G/GSM networks of Movistar and COMCEL (CLARO) when you buy their nano-SIMs or cut micro-SIMs down to nano-size. You'll be able to connect to UNE's LTE network via WIFI/LTE modem.
