Can I have different access id's on my apple account (for the kids)?
We can't facetime, for example, because all the kids are listed on my apple id. Can we get separate apple id's and still all be on my account (for billing purposes)?

In order to use facetime, each iOS device should use a unique Apple ID.
For billing, purchases on a different apple ID cannot be forwarded to another's account. You can opt to use the same credit card, though, on all Apple ID's.
