Can I connect 2 monitors to my Mac mini and if so how?

Connect one via the built-in HDMI port, or using the HDMI-DVI adapter (included), and a second montor via the Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt supports Mini Displayport, or a Mini Displayport-DVI dongle (not included) or Mini Displayport-VGA adapter (not included).
Keep in mind, the Mac Mini doesn not have a great graphics card, and this will make it worse, as you will be splitting the video memory between two monitors.
