Do I need anti-virus software such as Norton for a MacBook if I'm using Windos and Mac OS in the same time?

Yes, the Windows version of Norton will not look for the viruses that will harm Mac and vice versa.

Dated question, but it’s good to have, especially since it’s Windows. Even if you’re using a Mac, the computer’s defenseless when you’re on a full Windows partition, since they are separated within the hard drive.
