What's the best way to record classical live performances?

The best way to record a performance using a Mac would be to purchase a device such as the Blue Yeti or Blue Yeti Pro microphone to record sound. I suggest just levelling down and getting the original Blue Yeti because the Pro version only has a noticeable difference when recording high quality studio performances and then putting them through an editor. And even then it's still only a miniscule difference. The Blue Yeti uses a simple USB2.0 cord to connect to your device and the system drivers are already in the microphone. If you still need help setting it up with your Mac (Some Mac users experience issues when installing Yeti drivers) feel free to contact me. :) Hope this helped.
