which anti virus software is best for an iMac?

Norton make a product for Mac but I'm not convinced it's at all necessary. Maybe if you're going to run Windows on your Mac it's worth looking at but otherwise there's not much in the way of risk.

I know of no recommended virus/malware by Apple. Best buy recommends Kapersky which I use. Other users state there is no need for this type of protection because of the platform Apple uses. Given the confidential and work related files I maintain I error on the safe side and use Kapersky. Good Luck, remember a virus is like an STD for your computer and that of others. It is the gift that goes on giving!
