which is the best mac for using the software Final Cut Pro?
This also in terms of memory and what I may also need for the software to run smoothly.

iMac 27" it has a separate graphics card which is essential for video editing. If you want the best them upgrade it to a ATI Radeon HD 5750. 4 GB Ram is enough you could upgrade to 8 GB but their wouldn't be an extreme boost.
I would buy the iMac that costs roughly $1999 because unlike the cheaper version this one has 4 physical cores. It includes a 1 TB HD that is big enough for storing all your movies.
If you want to have it boot fast and do just about everything fast then buy a ssd + 1 TB HD for +750.
