No. For a phone to be locked it would have to be in the actual OS that your phone uses. If you buy your phone unlocked then that's pretty much it. The carrier would legally have to tell you about that SIM lock but still it has no access to your phone's OS. And iPhones are especially difficult to alter, so rest easy.
