    Horrible quality and way overpriced.

Bought this together with my iPhone 6s. I asked an employee of the Apple Store in NYC Manhattan to put the screen protector on for me, since they supposedly had the tools for removing dust and bubbles.

Within 2 weeks the screen protector already had a bubble. It's also very sensitive for scratches and the anti-glare is contraproductive, since it makes my screen too dark to see anything on it when I'm walking outside.

I went back to the Apple store, but they refused to take responsibility for putting it on by an employee, nor for selling me a bad product.

Be warned, don't buy this overpriced piece of garbage!

    Want to give a ZERO

DON"T even think about purchasing!!!!!!!! Directions were garbage and the screen bubbled up bad and scratched when trying to remove the bubbles! Belkin privacy screen is cheaper and much better fit and durability!!!! This is a piece of garbage and not worth the money at all!!!!!!! Hate this product

    installation feedback

Just installed the Tech21 Impact Shield Screen Protector with Anti-Glare for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s. The cloth that came with it is NOT lint free. I had better success with cleaning the phone screen with my Apple cloth that came with my MacBook Pro. Took a couple tries to position correctly and get all the bubbles out, but that's not unusual for me and installing screen protectors. While removing the bubbles, I scrubbed a bit vigorously with the card included for that purpose and already have a few light scratches on the screen protector, so that doesn't bode well. The anti-glare looks nice and has a lovely feel to it. Guess we'll see how it holds up. I rather wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. My last anti-glare screen protector, Belkin Anti-Glare Screen Protection for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s, got jabbed by something in my purse and developed a bubble that wouldn't go away. Hoping this screen protector performs better.

    Tech21 stands behind their product.

I purchased the Tech21 screen protector when I purchased my iPhone 6s at an Apple Store. Like a lot of people I was put off by the price but I wanted the Apple Store employee to put the screen protector on so I just wanted to get it over and paid the freight. A year and half later I am now ready to gift my iPhone 6s to a relative. The screen protector served me well but with gifting the phone in mind I could see the screen protector had discolored in places and was a little rough.
I had kept the screen protector box (since I had paid so much for it) and receipt (since the phone was on it). I filled out a warranty claim on the Tech21 website. Tech21 was very responsive and mailed a new screen protector out (in a retail box) to me within a week. So, I’m very satisfied and now I guess I can say it was worth the money!

Garbage for the price. Should have read the reviews.

While it does protect the phone screen from scratches, the protector itself scratches way too easily. The texture of the screen protector makes these scratches distractingly visible. I could have found a better one on amazon for less than half the price.

    Absolutely Horrible!

I've seen much better screen protectors for less than $5.

    Horrible

This is by far the worst product I've purchased. Used the applicator to align the film, and the applicator still winds up stuck to the film. When you try and remove it, viola, bubbles every where. TRASH! Shouldn't even get the 1 star. Thank god for minimums Tech21

    not happy!!!

I'm now on my third iPhone 6 plus in less than two years!
First one was faulty but then got stolen anyway...so much for 'find my phone' app!!!
Second one after exactly 13 months....just out of warranty i might add, decided to malfunction, thankfully, after balling my eyes out, they changed it and gave me a new handset. Because they where so nice I felt obliged to spend nearly £100 on a cover and top of the range ...bullet proof? screen protector!
What it fails to do is protect the stupid screen! The cover keeps popping open and the screen protector is intact but the bloody screen is now cracked! Yes I dropped it but Ive had mobile phones for over 15 years....15 YEARS AND NEVER CRACKED A SCREEN!!!!!!!
If apple really care....sort this out!!!!
Its not fair I've spent thousands of pounds on your products and yet your still squeezing money out of people for screen protectors that don't work!
    Another expensive trip to apple!!!!

    the best

kind of confused why this has so many negative reviews... hands down best screen protector on the market, especially if you are prone to dropping your phone a lot/cracking your screen like myself. it's going to obviously get scratches like any other screen protector but that's the point of a screen protector haha. it's saved me hundreds of dollars from protecting my screen so well. indestructible. great buy

    Awful

I have gone through three iPhones and have never ever cracked a screen, and I never used a screen protector. However, I use this one drop my phone ONE TIME and the screene shatters from top to bottom through all the supposed layers of protection. Don't waste your money on this terrible screen protector, you will crack your phone anyway.

    Don't waste your money.

Threw it away. Maybe it's just me, but I found the instructions to be unclear. By the time I might figured out what they meant in the drawings, I had reapplied the thing(s)? too many times and it (they?) was/were lint covered. Couldn't figure out if Part 1 and Part 2 were both supposed to remain on the phone. Couldn't get the glue off the protector once I removed the numbered tabs. Protector was totally scratched by the credit card I used to try to expel the bubbles. Expensive hassle.

    Ok i guess

This screen protector is made to fit the bare minimum of screen- I have the 6s and it ends just short of the black lines around the screen. Not sure how this will protect the (ENTIRE) screen or distribute an impact so the screen doesn't break...also the anti glare is nice for glare but leaves something to be desired in the quality of how the screen appears-it's like going from HD to SD; Everything is matte and that in turn makes everything that was previously vibrant now a bit dull. Haven't had it for very long so I'll have to wait to seen how it performs but so far I'm underwhelmed

    Nice satin finish

I would count on this screen protector for minor scratches and nicks. To all the 1-star reviewers... think people... It is a "sticker", now how is it going to keep your screen from being smashed if you drop it lol. I have titanium CBRs in both ears and spend several hours on the phone every day for work (although, I do try to use headphones more often than not) so I was primarily concerned with the rings scratching the glass like my old 5s.

It is a nice anti glare cover that is easy to keep clean with the included cloth and resists fingerprints and cheek/ear marks well. I applied it twice (misaligned the first time) and had no issues with bubbles or dust either time. I bought this and the T21 bumper together to replace the ridiculously huge otterbox that IT provided with my iphone 6s. Together they were more expensive than the otterbox but I bet this screen cover will last several months at least. The screen cover on the otterbox was already turning milky after a few days.

Most importantly: The screen looks gorgeous- like a professionally printed matte photo. The anti-glare is not true AR coating but it works well even in direct sunlight and feels great when using the touchscreen.

DO NOT BUY, COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

Apple should be embarrassed to recommend this product. The first time i dropped my brand new phone the screen is smashed so badly that i can barely read my texts. I have bought screen protectors for £5 which do more. I not only want my money bak but feel the company should also pay the £84 i now have to spend to get my screen repaired. To describe this as an impact sheild is, frankly false advertising. Don't bother with this rubbish

    There are better options

I bought this product just because apple recommends it, but the sticker is terrible the two stars is just for the self heal and the feels. But sides does not fit perfectly, it can be seen from everywhere, when I look at my phone from a distance I can see the yellow sticker on it and it is not desirable. The plastic mount in it ( for adjusting the sticker) sticks and scratches the metal on the sides. Lastly there is only one sticker in the box so if I misplaced it or something went wrong I have no other chance. Please find another product and do yourselves a favor. Have a nice day.

saved my phone literally dozens of times.

I bought this a couple years ago and have dropped my phone so many times I can't count them all. The screen has never broken and many of these falls are on tile and hardwood floors and on concrete. I watched my daughter break her screen the first few days of ownership -- a costly problem. While I can't ever seem to get the perfect application of this protector (cosmetically), it has paid for itself over and over again. I highly recommend this cover for anyone who drops their phone and doesn't want to use a bulky cover.

    I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I purchased this three days ago and just dropped my phone merely a foot from the ground and the phone is completely shattered. Total rip off.

Clear, very good protecion - easy/stress free installation

This shield screen protector provide good protection for iPhone. When used with case covering edge of phone like for example OtterBox Symmetry, Commuters series it is almost invisible and you hardly notice that you have it. I used some other brands but this one is the most easy one to install. It came with small orange plastic tool as it is on the picture. Slide your phone into it and you always put protector properly with equal distance to every side of the phone. It is easy to use even if this is your first time doing this. Highly recommended.

    Worthless

I purchased this screen protector for my wife for her iphone. She was sitting on the deck in a chair and her phone fell from her pocket (fell two feet) onto a composite deck (yes soft plastic like deck boards) and the face of the screen shattered. Lets just say we were in shock after watching the videos on the tech 21 website. We just can't figure out how they made those videos after our experience. Of course, I called tech 21 and they just advised there is no guarantee. It's our loss, don't let it be yours. This screen saver is absolutely useless! DO NOT BUY!
