Broke Twice didn’t even drop it

This may sound like I’m joking but I drop my phone on a soft leather couch and it cracked what the heck the first time it broke was because a pencil fell on it ‍♂️

I should have listened to these critics

Bought it last month for iPhone X and had Apple install it. Very neat installation but after one month a ding then spreading cracks appeared. I don't know the cause of this I do know that I never dropped it. I lifted it up to see if screen was damaged. It wasn't but the screen protector developed multiple large cracks. Apple said to contact Belkin. They wanted a picture to be sent by email then quickly sent me a new one which is in the mail. I'll have Apple installed this one again with their nifty machine. Bottom Line, save your money and get a cheaper screen saver.

    Waste of money

As soon as I dropped my phone my screen was cracked. No point of spending $35, should've just went to five and below like the rest of the people I know. Regretted spending my money and my time.

I have used many screen protectors over the years, and understand that some can be fiddly to apply well. This Belkin one is the most awful I have encountered; the easy align frame is a joke; the screen protector was stuck to this but mis-aligned (in the factory) so it would sit on the phone glass entirely (i.e. had to remove the screen from the align to apply to the phone). Then, the number 2 film would not come off the glass, so I am stuck with it on top of the protector. Finally, it's impossible to apply this piece of junk without getting bubbles in the screen. The worst waste of money this year. Really, a joke product. Very annoying that the Belkin show a dishonest video about how easy it is to use. Take my advice; don't buy this junk, there are plenty of other decent ones out there.

    Complete waste of money

Would of given it no stars but not an option, was offered this when purchasing my new iPhone 7 plus, Readily agreed , the full protection and no bubble gaurentee convinced me it worth the £20 , Had it for 4 days when I noticed a slight gathering at the corner thought this was extremely weird as I am very protective about my phone is was never dropped or banged I'm positive on this , and all ways kept safety in an in side pocket of my handbag , next day I noticed where the gathering had started there was now a crack running through the protector , After telling a equally protective phone friend about it she had said it had happened to hers too , My last tempered glass protector lasted 2 years before up grading my phone and didn't have a mark on it , Took it back to the apple shop in guernsey who I can understand thought I must of banged it so didn't do any thing about , I wish I'd known there was a 14 day replacement policy ! Don't waste your money !

    WORSE Screen Protector EVER!!!!

This is by far the WORST screen protector ever - does not even deserve one star. My sister and I both purchased the iphone 7 plus, and purchased this screen protector in store. We liked the fact that they had the belkin machine in store that perfectly aligns the screen protector with the iphone. However, after just 1 week of having the phone, my sister's screen protector cracks out of no where - she did not drop the phone, hit it against anything, it just cracked. She was able to get the screen protector replaced since it was within the 14 day return period. We thought it was something that just happened to her, but one week after that incident, the same thing happened to me. Since it happened to me after, the 14 day return period, I was unable to get mine replaced. Then guess what? Her screen protector cracked AGAIN!! without the phone being dropped etc. This screen protector is toooo expensive to not last atleast one year. The $7 amazon screen protectors last longer than this one. I was very very unhappy with this purchase and will not purchase again.

    Waste of money

Bought it with my iPhone 7 plus, without even having my phone activated yet, took it out of the box, my phone, with the protector on it, slipped out of my hand and fell literally half an inch to an inch on the table, and crack. I went into Apple and told them about it and they were nice enough to replace it. I put the phone in a lifeproof case. One week later, I notice a crack in the screen. I never dropped it, never threw on the bed, never sat on it, didn't do anything that would be close to something that would cause a scratch. But bam.. a crack. Took it out of the case and saw no damage whatsoever on the phone where he crash originated from. Do not buy. Get another brand. There are many around the same price range. I think Belkin is Apple's default brand.

    Bad product

The Belkin screen protector easily gets dust, hair or other things under the screen unlike the zagg shield. Besides if you are looking for an easy replacement for the product then do not buy from Belkin. Would never buy a Belkin screen protector again.

    Durability Not As Anticpated

This was purchased and installed at the Apple Store using the new installation system they have. I was so pleased with the installation process because it was perfectly aligned with no specs of dust underneath. Unfortunately after one week of use there was a scratch that went from the home button up 3/4 of the screen protector. The scratch was deep enough that you could feel it with your fingernail. I had hoped that at a price point of $34.95 that the durability of the screen protector would be better than what it was.

Best screen protector I've ever had

Love how beautiful it makes my iPhone 6s Plus shine!....incredibly thin, and so smooth....if I didn't personally witness the professional installation by the Apple Store Staff member, I would swear there isn't a screen protect on this phone!!!!

    Great value, incredible protection.....highly recommend!!!!

Also recommend having the knowledgeable and very professional Apple Team members apply this screen protector,

    Thanks again Apple!!!!!!!!

    Square edges!

The first tempered glass protectors I bought were for our 5s's. Not any brand name I can remember (purchased at mall kiosk), but they are/were great.

When I got my 6s plus, I got another cheap (different mall kiosk) tempered glass protector, and enjoyed it as much as the one on my previous phone.

I had to remove the protector From my 6s Plus in order to use a Lifeproof waterproof case for vacation. Vacation is (sadly) over, so time to remove the bulky case, and use the nice Apple leather one again. I purchased the Belkin protector at the Apple Store (at almost twice what the kiosk model cost). The installation at the store was pretty cool, and they did a great job. But the edges of the Belkin product are square! My previous protectors had rounded edges, so when my finger was transitioning onto the protector, they was very smooth. Not so with the Belkin.

I'll be replacing it with another at my first opportunity — but one with rounded edges.

    Sharp edges

I had it installed at my local Apple Store. It lasted for about four days. My screen protector had very sharp edges - I suppose it was not deburred correctly. It scraped off a bit of my thumb and also damaged the leather of my book-type case. Not recommendable. I had the Apple Store to take it off again.

Installation of the product not working as in instructions

The last layer (2) doesn't go off as easy as on the instructions. Instead it lifts the protection screen no matter how delicately/patiently/slowly you try. We're really unhappy about this. Wasted our money here.

Great protection and it is almost invisible

This is really a great screen protector, very thin, good coverage and almost invisible.
The secret to getting it applied perfectly is to buy it at the apple store and ask one of the apple salespeople to install it. They put a lot of these protectors on phones all day long. They are very good at it.

Easy Install, Very Thin - Just Not Useable

East to install on my iPhone 6sPlus but I can't use it. I've used several glass protectors on my iPhones for years from various companies and was excited to see how thin this one was and the ease of installation but I will be removing it as soon as I get a new one. The edges, all the way around, aren't connected to the phone screen at all - not sure if it's just a little too big or if the glue isn't as strong on the edges but you can see a very small line all the way around that is not touching the screen. The screen actually makes a squeaking noise also when you slide your finger over it, I've not had that with the other brands I've used.

Very easy to apply correctly, but had to return it because of the feel.

Purchased this for my new 6S+, but had to return it. Although it was very easy to apply correctly due to the alignment frame that comes with it, it had very sharp (non-rounded) edges that felt very uncomfortable on my fingers when trying to do a swipe-from-edge action. The squeaking sound of my finger on the surface also annoyed my wife. Picked up a tempered glass protector afterwards, which was more comfortable to use and feels just like the original surface. No installation issues as the store installed it free.

no backup so don't break it

This is clearly a really nice screen protector, but I shattered it trying to install it. I even watched the how-to video on YouTube and have done a relatively decent job with screen protectors on past phones, but still failed spectacularly at getting it aligned on my screen properly. Maybe I shattered it because I was messing with it too much -- I could not for the life of me get all the dust or air bubbles out, even though I was applying it to a brand-new phone that I'd just taken the protective wrap off of and also made sure to use the sticker and wipe to make sure everything was clear. Even if it was my fault, it's pretty heartbreaking to throw away a brand-new, busted, $35 screen protector that didn't come with a second glass in case you mess up the first one. I guess the lesson here is, don't be an idiot like me and make sure you do it right the first time. That easy-align frame is no longer your friend after two or three tries, and you really do just have one chance to get it right.

    I think I installed a screen protector...or did I?

I used the frames and followed the instructions in the video. This thing is so invisible that I'm actually not even sure I have a screen protector on. Not even joking. Have I been duped? I don't even know! Haha! If I haven't been duped, this thing is pretty great!

    Great at first, but...

After a couple months of normal use and nothing worse than taking my phone in and out of my pocket, the InvisiGlass screen had become so scuffed that the screen never looked clean. Additionally, oils cling to this thing like crazy once its initial smoothness is gone. No amount of wiping would make it look nice. I finally removed it and am so much happier with the Apple glass that scratches way less easily.

So, after a couple months of usage I'd say this product is really just unnecessary since it gave my phone the scratchy appearance I was hoping to protect it from.

    Easy Install....no bubbles!

As I am sure most of you have bought and tried a variety of screen savers and found that some are good and some are not so good. This one is GOOD! By far the easiest install, with NO air pockets to speak of, that I have ever had. I actually watched the 1 min video and then followed the instructions. Installed perfectly the first time, as the video showed! Totally recommend this product.
