    Never worked

Plugged it in and after checking, re-connecting and trying again several times it would not power up/connect to my brand new imac. I'm taking it back to the Apple Store next week.

    Worthless!

I bought the hub to increase the number of available ports on my iMac. It does not work with any devices that require a data exchange (i.e., Seagate HD, iPhone, etc.). At this point, it's merely and extended charging station for devices that charge via USB outlets. The money is spent on this has been a royal waste.

    Bad product!!

I used this product only three times to set up a audio interface Scarlett 18i20 but have become unsuccessful at the moment. Now I will have to rush out to get another if I can find one. Hhhhh. Seriously apple. I would expect that you had a branded USB hub for multiple inputs....Sad. Just sad. For $60? This product already feels cheap to the hands and the power supply is not that great. Belkin! I deserve another one and this item should be cheaper. This item is apart of the Full Sail University LaunchBox for Audio Production. You all need to sell stuff that works. Not items that make setting up more difficult for students...

    Broke almost immediately

This product began to break within a month of purchase. The data connection port came loose and now it will charge but it won't maintain data connectivity at all. Waste of $60. Wish I could get my money back but I bought at the Apple store and it's been too long

    Doesn't Work Very Hard

    This thing works. But barely.

Considering one has to plug it into the wall to get it to support more than one external drive and one has to completely bypass this thing if one wants one's computer to charge anything substantial, one should shop for something else.

    Hey Belkin, get it together.

    Bought at Apple Store

Seems to work well for mice, keyboards, and printers. What is odd is that (1) no power light at all so you really can't be sure power is applied and (2) on macOS Sierra system report, the Belkin hub is recognized but as USB 2.0!?!?! Wha???

    Five Star

Does not support iPad charging, well now, I am having a brilliant time so far recharging one iPad mini with less time and little or no over heating of it's tructure.

    limited use

I have a Macbook Pro and needed to connect more than two devices. Bought this in the Apple store. You cannot plug the SuperDrive directly into the hub. It must be connected directly to the computer. That leaves one other USB port which is taken up by the Belkin Hub. I am using the hub to connect a Fitbit dongle and a Seagate Plus external drive (Time Machine). Each of these phases in and out of connectivity and requires to be unplugged and reinserted into the hub every couple of days.
