    DO NOT BUY

This case could go for $10 on amazon. It gives no protection whatsoever and is a cheap plastic. Plastic broke instantly after one little drop and now my laptop is dented. Do not buy.

    It's okay

Maybe I got lucky, but once I got the case on fully with all of it snapped on. It has stayed and hasn't budged. Fit perfectly.

Doesn't open more than 90 degrees as others have stated. Other than that I've had no problems.

This case doesn’t even stay on, so what’s the point of it? Immediate return.

If 0 Stars Was An Option.....

For the past 2 months since I got my new computer, this case has been on it. Unfortunately, it’s never fit quite right. Since then, the left corners have cracked and broken. Even when Incase sent me a new one, it didn’t fit right either, but this time being the right corners. This case is poorly designed and was a waste of $50. DO NOT BUY!

I wish I could rate this 0 stars

This was my very first case I got for my MacBook a couple years ago. I thought it would be ok for a while until I get another one But, a few weeks in, it started cracking on the edges and the clips kept breaking off. I think I have only a few of them left (on the top part of the case, the bottom has no more clips). In addition to the clips coming off, the cracks occasionally cut me on my hands whenever I try to open the laptop. The quality is not good for what I paid for. You would expect a product to be really good depending on how expensive it is, but not in this case.

If you're looking for a good case, do not buy this one, please save your money.

    Not worth the money

For the money you pay for this it is not worth it. It is vary fragile. I have had mine for a few months now and it is already starting to crack and fall apart

    CASE BROKE MY MAC

As many of the others are saying the corners cracked within weeks, and a piece broke off and got stuck between my screen and the keyboard and quite literally dug a hole in the screen and Apple would not do anything but charge me $500 for a new screen. DO NOT BUY THIS CASE.

Cannot open my macbook using this

It's my first day using the case. It blocks opening the screen for more than 90 degrees. It's awful to use it this way.

    Can't open laptop fully!!

Useless!! With this fitted you can barely open the laptop more than 90 degrees! Useless if laptop is on your lap for example.

It also doens't really fit that well on one corner and keeps popping off even after pressing back on.

Shame as it looks really nice.

Wish I'd kept the box so I could return it.

Packaging states 13", but it is not

I am glad to know that I am not the only one with this issue. I bought this case today as to provide extra protection for my new MacBook Pro. The packaging clearly states that it is for the 13", but when I tried to put the case on it was too big. I am also glad that I will be returning it and finding a case online as I do not want to deal with a cracking case after just a few months.

Nearly $50 for a thin plastic case is not worth it in my opinion.

    Doesn't fit as it should

Now i wasn't expecting a case that'd protect my macbook from falls and drops etc. I was expecting a case that'd protect my macbook pro from scuffs, scratches and marks, which this case would do if it fit properly. This is such a simple feature to design as it is it's sole purpose, yet somehow, they have failed to do so. The top layer fits like a treat, the bottom however doesn't hook on and is a nuisance. When both layers are attached, you also cannot open your macbook pro fully. Would avoid if I were you. Just get a sleeve for travel.

    Would Not Recommend or Repurchase

Bought this case for my 13" MacBook Pro. It was ok for a few months. Then the top cover kept coming off. Took a close look at the case and it was cracked on all four corners. The bottom cover has not cracked as yet. I have never dropped my laptop, set it down hard, or anything of that nature. This is just poor design.

    The case is too small

Sadly, this case doesn't work. I went to an Apple store and was advised to buy this case. I came home to realize that the case is actually too small for my computer (though it is the right case). While it fitted almost fine, the clips would snap only on one side of the computer. Then, just to make sure that I wasn't doing something wrong, I went to another Apple store where several staff members tried fitting the case in my computer, and even tried 3 other cases from the shelf, in case mine was faulty. Nobody was able to make the clips snap on.
With all that said, I am grateful to know I can return this product and be credited back.

    doesn't fit

Just bought this case for my 13" MacBook Pro with Retina display. The case is too big. What??? I re-read the packaging and it definitely does say "13" MacBook Pro Retina" So why is it too big? Well, this is going back. I agree, it is too pricy for a piece of plastic

    Cracking.

This product is completely overpriced for a case that doesn't work at all. A small crack turns into big chunks coming out and falling apart. I'm extremely disappointed at the quality control.

    I Wanted to Like It

Don't waste your money. This case did look lovely for two weeks. It's thin plastic, matte but not rubberized; maintains a slim profile. The clips are minuscule, but they have held it on so far. A couple have cracks, so I'm afraid to remove the case lest they break. Every corner of the case now has cracks; all the top corners have started to chip off. I treat my computer EXTREMELY gently. I've had this case 8 months and it's falling apart. Another (cheaper!) case brand I had previously lasted 5 years, no cracks, protected my older MacBook Pro flawlessly. I'm switching back.

Design or material defect - Case cracks at corners

After owning the black version of this case for 5 months I noticed a tiny crack about 5mm long that started from the Incase logo. The case has never been dropped, bumped or unduly stressed. Each day I noticed it was getting longer, travelling towards the edge of the case. I searched on the net and found these reviews and realised that corner cracking was far from unique. So I closely inspected it and found cracks had started near to 3 other corners . So I took it back to the Apple store today to complain. They tried to offer me a new replacement (same Incase model), but I declined, saying I believe the design or materials are faulty and, when I showed them these reviews, they agreed to a full refund. Very disappointing that such an expensive case should be so unfit for purpose.
