    Worst app to use

    Created an account with this app, 2 weeks later the app forgot me, I can no longer sign in. When I type in my username and password the screen freezes at that point and does not continue. I tried to reset my password and the app tells me that this email is not registered. I tried to re-register but it says that the email is currently registered. I cannot access the app to print photos. Worst product ever!!! Good for two weeks and then no longer able to use. I am returning this to the Apple store!!!

    Nice idea, but not ready for prime time

    Printer worked fine. Used it to create Hyperphoto gift labels for Christmas presents! My wife's family loved it on Christmas day! The next day, with my family, NONE of the Hyperphotos worked. Everyone like the photos, but grandkids were really disappointed (as was grandpa) that the personalized gift labels would not "come to life".
    LifePrint support's answer: too many people using their product and overloaded their server. Try again in a couple hours. We are a startup company and trying to do our best to get things fixed.
    I returned the printer to the Apple store where I purchased it the next day for a full refund. Nice idea, but not ready for prime time.

    Good idea but simply doesn’t work consistently

    The idea is great. There are so many uses for this product. However, it just doesn’t work with any degree of consistency.
    Printing is easy but the quality of print is poor.
    Once you have your photos printed you would expect the video to play quickly and every time you try.
    Unfortunately, I have spent so long looking like an idiot trying to demonstrate it to family and friends.
    Most of the time the pictures are not recognised and nothing happens.
    Sometimes you will get a message saying they are busy and try again later! What use is that.
    I imagine after Xmas there will be many more users so the system will not cope with demand.
    You have probably worked out by now that the video is stored over their cloud system.
    I have contacted Lifeprint and they told me they are aware of the problems and trying to sort them out.
    I plan to return the printer tomorrow. Every other Apple sanctioned product I have bought works perfectly.
    I’m surprised Apple continue to sell it.
    It’s a great shame because I was very excited about the possibilities of this product.

    I wish there are one star

    Was totally excited about this product to be honest, but after I got it and tried it, it simply doesn't work.

    First of all, my account could not sign in on the website.
    Second, I can not print a photo(with video in it) as I wanted! here is what I did: select the video from my photo, then go to the choose cover screen, and which ever screen i choose, it would give me a error message: error: Image selected does not have enough distinct features to be suitable for Hyperphoto use - please choose another with more features -especially towards the center of image.

    I mean, WTF is this? I searched all the community and forum, no one seeing the same problem. Is it only me or there is something wrong going on?

    This was the worst thing I bough to. Pictures come out green. I do not recommend.

    Mediocre print quality

    The print quality is mediocre. The cropping function is very limited. Hands-down the most disappointing product I've ever purchased through the Apple Store. Would recommend going for a Polaroid printer instead.

    Not working anymore

    We have really enjoyed the printer until today. We cant get a Bluetooth connection with an iPhone or an iPad. I don't know if the LifePrint app update had anything to do with it but now we have a printer that is not working. It was fun while it lasted. If anyone has any ideas on how i can get it to work please let me know.

    Loved it at first...

    Tried 2 different times. With the first printer The Hyperphoto didn't work and customer service stopped responding. Returned that one and tried again. Second one stopped printing after 8 prints. Hints:. Photos must be lightened. Don't expect true colors. Have greenish hue. Pinks come out maroon. Use rubber bands to keep top on printer. NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME

    Printer is OK but APP is AWFUL!!!

    The printer is kinda cheap feeling plastic. The prints are fine but nothing to write home about.
    WHAT REALLY DESTROYS THIS PRODUCT IS THE APP. IT IS RIDDEN WITH BUGS and FAILS TO RECOGNIZE THE PRINTED HYPERPHOTO and PLAY THE VIDEO.
    IMAGINE YOU MAKE THE BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY CHRISTMAS CARD AND STICK A HYPERPHOTO AND GRANDMA OR REGULAR JOE FRIENDS OR TECH SAVVY UNCLE CANNOT MAKE THE HYPERPHOTO COME TO LIFE AND DELIVER YOUR HOLIDAY MESSAGE IN VIDEO.

    JUST NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION TRYING TO GET THE HYPERPHOTO VIDEO TO PLAY CAUSE THE STUPID APP CAN'T DO IT'S JOB.

    Returning the printer and films for a FULL REFUND....
