    Best I’ve ever heard

    • Written by Joel W from Butte

These are pretty non-standard earphones, as you can tell just by looking at them. They sit on the outside of the ear and you have to use the earhooks to keep them from falling out. The hooks take a bit of bending to get them comfortable, but once you get the fit right ... rapturous is all I can say. The lightning cable isn’t just a gimmick or a concession to the lack of headphone jacks on recent iPhones. That in-line DAC/amp makes these things sound better than my Sennheiser HD 6xx over-ear headphones. Capital work, Audeze.

Best In ear Headphones! Highly recommend it !!

    • Written by SHANKAR R from BAKERSFIELD

I bought this at Apple Store in California. Its just amazing to listen to music on it.The sound clarity is excellent. I used the regular 3.5 mm headphones with Raspberry Pi based DAC HAT and listening to MQA albums in Tidal and Roon.
I compared it with the CIPHER Cable on my iPhone with Roon, again MQA music. The sound and music is a pleasure to listen and very much comparable.
I have tried several headphones and I am not a tech person but this is worth every penny you pay for it. It isolates the sound and fits well in my ears.
I should have watched the brief video on attaching the ear hooks and placing it on the ear. I was not very careful with hooks and snapped one of them.
The Audeze guys sent me replacement hooks within 48 hours.
I also asked for the Earlock which they discontinued using. I seem to prefer the earlocks to the hook but I will have to see which one is stable while I am on the road bike.It will take a couple of days to get the hang of using it and then you are all set for an Audiophile quality headphones.
    I highly recommend it !!

    Awesome product

Great headphones with a unique fit that does not fit with every ear. It is not suppose to go all the way inside your ear like traditional in ear buds, they sort of sit on you ear. Great build quality and surprisingly light as well. Awesome product!

    Some of the best IEMS

    • Written by NATHAN B from Norfolk

I thoroughly enjoy these high quality earphones.

They provide excellent clarity throughout the whole range of the earphone.

Unfortunately, they do not come with printed instructions and, if you are not an audiophile (I am a novice), you might not be aware that the tips supplied accommodate smaller to larger ear canals to customize the fit in your ear. It is equally important to correctly fit the ear hooks.

An initial burn-in process (20 to 25 hours) is recommended. Putting them on straight out of the box will not give you their full sound capability.

Overall they compare well against higher priced earphones from highly renowned audio manufacturers.

I am very pleased with my purchase.

    Back in the USSR!!!

    • Written by Joe A from Hanover

This is the worst product BY FAR that I have ever purchased on the Apple site. The ear pieces are huge and they fall out of your ears when you chew bread, let alone when you walk with them. I think that these were designed in the Soviet Union in 1985! Awful. And the sound is no better than Sennheiser i85's for far less money. Unbelievably bad.
