    Don’t Buy These Cameras

    I bought two of these to replace Nests. I have an iPhone so should be compatible because I bought them at the same time. Except that when you log into your account it says NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IOS!! DaWhat? Also, there are drops in the recordings. Might make a nice puppy came but for security? Nope! �� And there is no customer support number. The website is broken. The whole company is just garbage. And Apple should be ashamed of it self. Another money grab. Steve Jobs is riling in his grave as Apple has declined!

    Not a good experience

    Initial set up went okay, then after about 3 hours and I'm at the airport, camera showed off-line and the recording quit soon after I left the house. When I returned home I went through all the recommended reset steps with no luck. I tried to contact Logitech for support, also no help. Now trying to get return authorization and that's not going well either. Time to move on to another brand.

    Camera broken after turning it off

    It all started well with the camera setup successful and working for about one day. Then I decided to try the "Turn Off" feature. And then unable to turn it on and reconnect to it, no matter what (I did reset it, unplugged, etc). I might be unlucky but for this price, I'm expecting a more reliable camera. Too bad.

    Can not stop camera from recording in HomeKit

    I bought this camera in hopes of replacing my nest cameras so that everything would be integrated into the home app. There are a lot of limitations currently with HomeKit and this camera. It can not be turned on and off via HomeKit. If I use the Logitech app to turn the camera off and then goto the home app, the camera is still streaming video even though it shows off. Also, there is no way to automatically turn the camera on/off via location, which is a major bummer. If/when this is fixed via a software update, I may consider this camera again, but for now I am returning it.
