    HP has great customer service support access, I should know, because I spent a zillion hours on the phone with them.
    This printer is a piece of junk. Do not waste your money, time, and effort.

    I HATE this printer

    Hate really isn't strong enough a word. It took forever to get it set up and working. The instructions referred to buttons that didn't exist on this model. I haven't used it for a couple weeks and just tried to scan something--said it was offline. Said it needed software download. Message on Mac said can't download software because of format. Now I have essentially $130 paperweight. I bought it on Apple specifically because I thought that meant it would actually work with the Mac (lots of what I've seen on Amazon, for example, don't work with the current Mac OS). I am not a techno-dope and this is not my first printer/scanner, but it is incomprehensible to me. On my way to the recycling dump. Ugh.

    Very hard (impossible??) to setup

    I'm an experienced person with computers and printer setup. This thing has mystified me and I'm on hour 2 of trying to set it up. Paper is required for the setup but it is not included in the box. Wish I had not purchased.
