    Don’t buy it

    Worked for 5 months then some keys stoped working, I contacted apple they said I should get in touch with Logitech, I contacted them they told me some instructions to follow, finally restarting the iPad (one of instruction) fixed the problems for a few hours after that same problem again so I restarted again and now it doesn’t connect to the IPad at all. Neither Apple or Logitech don’t accept their rubbish product now and I have wasted $150 for this keyboard.

    Don't buy

    I only bought this because the Apple seller told me that It was better than apple's keyboard. But after 10 days of use, some keys stopped working. I'm devasted. No one in the store told me that apple would not give me assistence. I pais more for this and doesn't Works.

    Just bought but is there an alternative?

    I just bought this product. Only a week using it so far.
    Surprised at the complete negative attitude towards it.
    What i want to know is those of you with a legitimate complaint, why aren't you recommending an alternative?
    I'd like to know cuz if this product starts failing what's the alternative?

    Loved it.... until keys stopped working

    I thought this product was the *key* (pun intended) to getting the most out of my iPad, which I primarily use for work and graduate school. I love the easy storage for the Apple Pencil, the maneuverability of the stand, and the fact that the keyboard is bluetooth enabled meant I could type with it attached or detached from the iPad case (very ergonomically helpful). However, after ~6 weeks of use, random keys stopped working (specifically the A, F, C, space bar, 1, 5, 8, 9 keys). At first, I thought it was the keyboard needing to be charged, but even after getting all charged up, they still don't work, rendering the keyboard essentially useless.

    I had hoped that maybe this was a fluke, but upon seeing similar customer reviews both here on the Apple Store and on the Logitech website, I'm starting to worry that it's more of a feature than a bug.

    Great product for the first month

    I could rave about the matte black texture of the case, the way the stand works, the high lip around the screen for excellent protection, the rubber edge in the face of the case so it won't slide off a desk, and the feel of the keyboard. It truly feels like a quality product.

    But, none of that matters when the keyboard fails after a couple weeks of occasional use.

    Keys will not work. I have contacted the company and they sent me a replacement and a week later it stopped working again. DO NOT recommend! Do NOT buy! I wish I could give 0 stars.

    Works Great, but Heavy

    I’m a college student who tries to use their iPad to take notes or write papers on the go, and I purchased this case/ keyboard in order for me to do so. The case/keyboard works wonderfully, but their are a few cons that I experienced in using the product. The first is the case/keyboard can make the iPad weigh more than it actually is, which adds more weight to my already heavy backpack. The second con is when I try to write my notes on the iPad my hand keeps hitting the top of the case since the top of the case sticks out more. Overtime it can get a little irritating. But overall the product is great and useful.

    Do Not Buy

    The new one worked 39 days.
    #1 replacement worked 3days
    #2 replacement worked 1day
    #3 replacement worked 1 time

    8 months passed now I have nothing to use. Now it is on the book shelf for 2 months and waiting for Logitech next step instruction since they said they had approved to return my money.

    Then the keys doesn’t work.
    The worst experience in my life.

    This is a terrible keyboard. Keys do not work, space bar does not function, battery life not as stated, andand keyboard detaches too easily from the ipad. In addition, it is very very heavy. It is also very thick.= Do not buy this product!

    Poor Design

    The only reason this case gets 3 stars is that the keyboard works, it provides a level of protection and has a pencil holder. It is not a true clam shell and as such does not allow for an easy typing experience when you are without a table or similar surface. It also detaches very easily from the keyboard making it clunky when you want to go from clamshell to tablet.

    Someone should design a better clamshell for the iPad Air 3.

    Worst Purchase Of My Life

    Logitech has been around a long time. They failed with this product. After a month of enjoyment and having a great working device. Keys stopped working. The S, Space Bar and Delete specifically. Support tried to blame me at first. They suggested that I dropped it etc. They have a massive process to try to solve the issue. Demand that you install the latest update of the operating system. That your iPad be fully charged to fully capacity when pairing. They ask for screen shots as evidence. At least they did the first time. You see after replacing the first one I went through a month of the replacement keyboard. That one had the very same issues. I figure it's something with the software. Maybe some way to reset it. Clear out some temp memory or something simple. I would love to troubleshoot. I would love to work with them to fix the problem. Dead ears. It's disappointing. This brought up the cost of my iPad to be a part of my iPad. It's not. It's been the bane of my iPad. And now I am waiting on the next replacement they're sending me. I wouldn't recommend buying this keyboard. Not for the $119 I paid for it. Not for $9. I'd expect this from something that comes in a box with misspelled English with bad grammar. I don't expect it as a recommended product for my iPad at checkout. It's worse than garbage. It doesn't belong in the Apple Store IMO.

    DO NOT BUY THIS

    I would give it zero stars if I could. I bought this on December 27, 2018. It is not worth the $120 I paid for it. The space bar stopped working, the letter A and C keys stopped working and it will not pair via Bluetooth. I spoke to Apple customer service and I was told that the could only replace it, not give me a refund. I don't want another one, I would like a refund.

    Same as others. Worked for about a month then random keys went out. No fix. Too bad because there are no other options for keyboard for this model of iPad

    Not worth the money

    Just like all of the other reviews. Keys just stopped working after 3 months. Should have went with my gut decision, but listened to the sales person at Apple rave about this product. Now onto looking for a better alternative.

    Keys failed after 3 mo.

    Same as other reviewers, a key functionality issue. My G, N, R keys definitely not working. The tab and return gave issues but nothing in a reliable pattern. Could've been a bluetooth connection issue. Otherwise durable case and marginal on the need for it to be separated from the keyboard. Would prefer a different hinge mechanism other than magnet as it leads to some potential dropping of part of the body. Definite slipping when packed in a briefcase.

    Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing

    In 5 months, I am on my 3rd keyboard. First one lasted 3 months. Like other reviews, random keys stopped working and eventually no keys worked. Thankfully Apple was wonderful and helped me get a new one, no charge. Second one lasted maybe 2 months. All keys stopped working. Logitech just sent me a new one, don't have high hopes for this one either, so I got a different brand, cheaper bluetooth keyboard from Amazon to have as a spare. Pretty bummed that a Logitech keyboard this expensive is so bad.

    If you want to be frustrated beyond comprehension, I'd recommend buying this bad boy. It'll drive you crazy. Keys work intermittently. I had high hopes. The description makes it sound great. Nope. Good luck. Zero Stars if I could give it that high a ranking. Oh, and try dealing with Logitech. Nice folks, but move at the speed of caveman wheels. Ok, not that fast.

    Don’t ignore the reviews like I did....

    I read the reviews and for some reason thought I’m special and would have a better experience....well I’m not special and experience is the same as others have written. 3 weeks in and half of the keys have stopped working. Very disappointed that Logitech continues to produce this and even more disappointed that apple continues to sell this product.
