    I bought a pair of these Powerbeats 3 wireless earphones the day they came out ~ 2 years ago. I still use them on the regular, I've never had an issue with them, I still have the same original pair. Also, some reviews mention not to buy these if you sweat a lot. I sweat, a lot. Like a lot. Even after a couple years of near weekly gym use they are still just fine. I'd say the build quality is great and the battery life is still great. These are great wireless headphones, I'd buy them again for sure.

    My 3rd pair in 2 months just broke, im on the phone with Apple Support again. Ive wasted so much time sending back each pair and getting back a new pair. Ive never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with Apple. $200 for earphones isnt cheap, save your time and money. DO NOT BUY

    The sound quality is fine from these headphones - nothing that you wouldn't expect
    The quality of the hardware though is very average. Mine have stopped working, and won't reset at all. Had them for <2 years and wouldn't have used them once a week. Zero chance of paying for a repair or buying again.

    Initially Great but . . . .

    Purchased my headphones last March (2017) as a gift to myself and they were initially great. I loved them and the sound quality was great, but they were a little difficult when I would have intense training/workouts. They made it through the year mark, and then year and a half, but after that it was just down hill. The piece that goes around your ear literally snapped off one side as I tried to place then on before a workout. My brother figured out a way to put that earpiece back together, but then the other side ended up snapping off. I never handled my headphones aggressively and ALWAYS put them back in my case after use, so I honestly DO NOT understand why any of this happened. Oh and I just checked my cord today and there is now a small slit in it. I have had other Bluetooth headphones last a lot longer than this but their sound quality wasn't as good as my Beats. This pair just wasn't for me.

    Not Great at All

    Not only do they fall out of your ear, but you also have to turn the volume all the way up to at least block out some noise. I know these aren't noise-cancellation earphones, but jeez. You can hear everything around you without issue, it's like the headphones aren't there unless you turn the volume all the way up.

    Great sound quality, battery and durability!

    I purchased these headphones for listening to music at work all day long, but more importantly because I’d be sweating in them. I have issues keeping earbuds in my ears so I knew the ear loop would help them from falling out. I can listen for 8 hours at work and still have around 30% battery for the rest of the evening. I have owned the Powerbeats for 3 months now and they still sound and look like brand new! Overall if you’re looking for a great sounding pair of wireless earbuds, and you have problems keeping earbuds in your ears, these are the headphones for you!

    I don't understand why there are so many bad review on these. I've had mine for almost a year and I love them. They stay charged for a long time and they come with different sized ear piece's so they can actually stay in your ear. They're noise canceling, if I have these in and the volume up half way- I can't hear anything around me. One of my best purchases in a long time.

    Low Volume

    I expected so much more for the volume. They live up to the Beats aspect as the base is hard but the volume is low, lower than the Earbuds that came with my X. They look really nice but they don't feel comfortable. I'm a woman with small ears and not even the smallest ear plug felt right. I'd attribute the lack of comfortability to the awkward angle of the earplug, instead of being straight like most headphones, it slants. I also didn't like that the remote on the headphones is on the left instead of the right - it's like they were made for left-handed people.
    Overall, I'm very disappointed and will be returning them.

    Control stop working and volume goes full power

    The first Powerbeats I bought was a refurbished one and stopped working after 2 months, doesn't charged anymore. Now I bought a new one directly from Apple and was assuming that this should not break down but after two months the problems are starting. During a workout of more then a hour the volume goes full and sire get active on my phone. This is not fine is you are focus on a workout and you have to get worried about the music control. The sound quality is good but looks that for a workout with sweat it is not the right product. Also don't understand that the complains are there from the beginning and apple did not fix it or released a better product.

    Total Fail

    Im on my second pair and gave them another try for the over the ear feature and also Apple has never disappointed me. They turn off for no reason, fail at the beginning of long workouts, and will cause you serious frustration in the end. Do not buy these, they are just bad.

    The rubber cord sticks on neck and pulls when doing interval training/running.

    If you sweat a lot, they will fall right out of your ear and just hang with the over the ear wrap.

    I tried every size earbud and each one falls out when doing circuit, or interval training. Unless you are not moving a lot, not worth buying.

    Very Poor Quality

    I had to exchange these headphones 3 times over the past year and they just broke again...conveniently outside the limited warranty window so now I'm stuck with a broken pair. The first pair wouldn't turn on, and the rest of the pairs' playback/volume controls stopped working. I use these headphones at most 1-2 times/week during my runs and never use them in the rain. Awful quality for a product associated with Apple and for the price point.

    Worst thing ever

    If you want a headache dealing with these then go for it , this is my third time having them replaced and its so bad you spend so much money on a item and they just keep messing up and now I’m just scared they going to break after it’s warranty is done and I’m going to be stuck with these headphones let’s hope the third time is a charm... but y’all be warm don’t waste your money on these ....
