    Good... For about 3 months

They sound great and connect amazingly fast to your phone however my pair only lasted about 3 months (I’m on my 3rd pair). For some reason after a while they will not turn on, and when they do turn on the are then unable to turn off. Overall a good product but take into mind that you may be buying another pair in the future.

    A bad one

My apple headphones lasted 4 days!! Barely used them. I dont understand how a billion dollar company cant even make a half decent pair of headphones. Im disgusted.

    Bad quality

These are the most and worst pair of headphones I ever own. They stopped working after 7 months, they won't turn off/on. Really bad quality. Will never buy any Beats product ever again. Also sound quality were just ok.

    Not good earphones

Got these free with an iPad Pro. I love many Apple products.

These are not good. Mine died after a few months. But there are other reasons they’re not a good product.

They’re NOT water or sweat resistant. Other sites have a lot of complaints of them dying from sweat. Maybe that’s why mine died. These should absolutely be water resistant. No excuse Apple.

Sound is mediocre. Base very heavy. Mids and Higs are nothing special. I replaced mine with something I got for maybe $30 on another website and the base is strong, and the mids and highs much better. And they’re sweat resistant too. There are tons of better options for so much less money.

    Pretty good!

Pretty good headphones! Good sound, good look. My only complaint is that after a while of wearing them my ears start to hurt, especially having cartilage piercings and wearing glasses.e

    Love these

This is the first pair of Beats I've ever bought and I am very happy with them. They are lightweight, comfortable and the sound quality is top notch. Highly recommended.

Hi I have had my ear phones since I purchased my iPhone 7 Plus.
Never had issues. I never liked apple but love it now!
But I was walking with my Umbrella and water got into my ears and the earphones just blew. It can’t be safe. Just making you aware of this as I have never had this happen before and wanted to let you (whoever you are) know!
    Thank you

    poor service

I wanted to fix my apple watch and the online chat person told me to charge it for a few days (after about 2 weeks I figured it wouldnt charge). I even was dumb enough to spend more money on apple products and buy a new charger. My iphone was un-sinked so then I couldnt retrieve my serial number. So the next chat person told me to drive over an hour to an apple store- how rediculous! As if I didn't spend 300 dollars on my apple watch in the first place. If the watch would just work- I would recommend not buying this product after a year of only having this watch it will not hold a charge.

    Terrible quality, unreliable hardware

The playback control buttons on my first pair broke within a week of purchase. I returned the earphones, and the same thing happened less than two weeks later. The power button is intermittently unresponsive, leaving me unable to turn them off. There are constant problems with pairing, forcing me to hard reset the earphones almost every time I use them. Awful quality; avoid these.

    The IOS 11.0.3 Update

This was a very decent software update, I don’t like the fact that my phone is more slower now and every time I lock my screen on an app and then I turn it on, it automatically goes to home screen. AND, now that I screenshot, my phone never blinks, so I take a million screenshots for nothing, not knowing if this feature was broken or not. One last thing, my absolute pet peeve about this update is that whenever I make a transparent background for a render, it automatically puts a white background. That is ridiculous, I either demand a better but GOOD update, or a refund on this phone.

    iOS 11 and iPhone X

So Apple thank you very much for the iPhone X. I mean like it's so awesome. The best part I like about the iPhone X is the OLED screen. And thanks very much. But you should have kept the Touch ID, you guys could have put the Touch ID in the back and then the iPhone would be much more secured with this triple encryption.

And the iOS 11 I mean like its so so awesome!!! The best I like iOS 11 is like everything. It's so awesome. The new interface, the new icons, the smart invert, the screen recorder, the new way of moving the apps, I mean they are so awesome. Apple thank you very very very much!!

    Great Quality Earbuds

I was a bit skeptical about buying these headphones at first... because I had tried older beats headphones and never really thought they sounded that great. The bass on those older headphones sounded really muddy, and the mids and highs were just nonexistent. But in the end I decided to take a chance with the BeatsX, and boy am I glad I did! These headphones sound terrific, the bass is great, but not overpowering. And the mids and highs are crisp and clear. The build quality is superb as well, and don’t even get me started on how easy these headphones are to pair... you just hold the power button until a half page shows up on your phone, and then press connect. And your done! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with these headphones, they far surpassed my expectations, and I would recommend these to anyone in the market for wireless Bluetooth earbuds!

    Going Backwards

I thought Apple was supposed to be the best. No longer.

IOS 1an awful update. It’s so addictive that I will consider looking at Android. It can’t be any worse than this.

Great pair of earphones, but be warned...

Perfect earphones with great sound, comfortable and good looking until the red dot wouldn't turn off and eventually the battery died after 2 months of use. These are the third pair of earphones by beats that I buy and suddenly stop working smh, same happened with my studio first gen and powerbeats 2nd gen.

    Beats x

Have beeing fan of Mac since the earliest days with Macintosh SE and Newton, I have been a faithful user ever since. I am also what I guess is called an audiophile musician, playing the piano. As an amateur musician I have been inspired to use Shure earphones for years. A few years ago I was at a road trip in US, and bought a pair of Beats Studio. My good a new world of sounds opened up, compared to my Shure 215 earbuds. But sadly my Beats studio just don’t work with digital pianos, guess this is not what they are mend for. I also am a driven mountain biker and road cycling guy. So at the road I use my Shure earbuds as well. Last year I needed a new pair, and ended up with Shure 425. This is for sure a fantastic product. It is so accurate, but could not forget the fun of playing music at my Beats Studio. I looked into pimping my Shure 425with a dragon fly red DAC, so tried that in a music store. Still something was missing. At my way home from the music store I popped into a shopping center. Lookin at earbuds from Bose and Beats I ended up buying a Pair of Beats X. My good, this is the most perfect pair of earbuds I ever have had. Noice isolation just as my Shure 425, and fantastic sound like my Beats Studio. On top of that all the fantastic Apple quality and additional functions. So fellow audiophiles. Shure earbuds are for sure fantastic monitors, but Beats X are outstanding for music listening anywhere.

Save Time - Put $150 in the Trash Instead

I have no clue how Apple gets away with selling these for $150. I have no problem when using these to watch Netflix on my MacBook, but for some reason they won't play music from Spotify without getting disconnected every 5 seconds. I've tried playing from my iPhone and from my MacBook. I originally bought the PowerBeats3 but was having this same issue so I went to the store and swapped them out for the BeatsX. Problem not solved. I would give these and the Power Beats negative stars if possible.
