I bought these on sale from Best Buy during the Christmas sale. My wife and I travel a lot, and because of that, these are no longer mine. she sleeps on a plane and enjoys that these block out the noise.

I test these all the time, on the bus, busy intersections, subways, playgrounds, when doing the dishes, walking down the street in Seoul.

I had to buy to because my wife took my first pair, but these are awesome. 40 hours no ANC, 20 ANC. they charge quick and are very comfortable (more than the beats wireless solo 3). Zero complaints.

    Great sound horrible structure

    • Written by Renee M from Chicago

I love the sound but I’ll never buy beats again. The leather comes off the ear cup, the plastic cracks and there should be a warning that during cold weather the headphones will cut off this will cause the plastic to crack also, and it’s all beats products that do this i purchased the power beats and they cut off also in cold weather. Living in Chicago this is not a good deal for my money i wear them at least 10hrs a day and the price is not matching the function, every person i know has the same problem.

Build quality is a major problem

    • Written by Scott L from Carmichael

I’ve gone thru 3 pairs of these headphones since I got my first pair in September of 2017. The first pair I got began falling apart with the leather cover of the earcups coming off. I took them in under the warranty and they determined it was a fault of the product and replaced them, only for my replacement pair to have a faulty right speaker. So I sent those in, and got ANOTHER pair, which lasted for a while until the earcup’s cover on these has now begun to come off as well.

One thing Ive liked about Apple and products owned by and distributed by them is that one thing I’ve never had to truly worry about is the build quality. I’ve always trusted them in that because I’ve never had a problem with something by them lasting long enough for me to warrant the higher prices they charge. At least until this. Beats are not worth it to have 3 pairs go faulty in a little over a year for how much they are. Sound quality is of course decent, but I’ve heard you can get better for cheaper. I just know that for my next pair of headphones, I am steering clear of beats after this.

    Great sound, awful fit

    • Written by Tyra G from Canyon Country

The actual sound quality of these headphones is great, and they do fairly well in terms of noise cancellation. However, this plus is completely overshadowed by the fact that they're literally unbearable to wear for more than a few minutes at a time. Apparently, no one told the manufacturer that people with glasses exist, which is why it's so incredibly painful on my head, ears, and jaw whenever I dare to wear these headphones for more than a few minutes. It's a real shame that these are practically unusable. I can't even stretch them out because of how scared I am that they'll break. Not worth the price whatsoever.

These are absolutely great for college!

These are great headphones! They come with a really nice carrying case and the sound is amazing! I would totally recommend this to anyone. Someone said that the quality isn’t worth the price, but I think they look and feel great to wear.

    Don't Waste Your Time

    • Written by Kristina P from columbia

These are the most expensive headphones I've ever purchased, and for the price you would think that it was made out of much better quality than the rest right?? WRONG! Whats the point of buying such expensive headphones when they fall apart after less than 2 months of owning them. I don't have time to make a routine trip to get them fixed everytime they fall apart. The second time I had to take mines back (once again dealing with the cheap material falling apart) I fall asleep with my headphones on and I wake up with a tiny crack on the side. Completely stopped functioning on the right side!!? Thats a one hundred forty nine dollar fix. Don't bother buying them unless you just intend to look at them....Gently!
