    Great case

Love love love this case. Been using this for over two years with no problem. Has held up well. Never had any problem with color bleeding. Don't buy leather if you don't want your keys to scratch it. Keep them in opposite pockets or a separate part of your purse.

    Midnight Blue - Color Bleeds

If this case gets at all wet the dye bleeds. It’s ruined some of my clothes and stained furniture. Very impractical if you’re holding a drink or if it rains.

Classic looks and has proven durable

I’ve had this case for almost 2 years now and still love it. I haven’t had an issue with it being too slippery in my hands. I actually like that bit of slipperiness, as it’s easy to get out of my pocket. It also doesn’t look scratched up like other reviews have complained about, but I don’t put it in my pocket with keys or in a purse. (If you’re complaining that leather gets scratched, then why would you buy a leather phone case to begin with?) I’ll occasionally scratch it with a fingernail or something, but a little leather conditioner and the scratch is gone. I’ll buy the same case for my next phone.

    Looks nice, but too slippery

    • Written by Scott R from Austin

This leather case is waaay too slippery, even after owning it for 8 months!! This leather case causes the iPhone 8 to constantly slip out of our hands and go crashing to the floor!! Amazingly, this case has actually PROTECTED our iPhone 8 from breaking when it hits the ground, which is a miracle... but it shouldn’t be slipping out of our hands to begin with!! Just waaay too slippery. The leather cases for the iPhone 6s were just fine... but the leather cases for the iPhone 8 are terribly slippery. We do not recommend.
