You have better options then these

On the plus side they are long enough to comfortably hang down around your neck for anyone. The magnets on the end are a great way too keep them on and not lose them when not in use. However the sounds is just OK. Not bad sound quality but not good either. You have many other choices out there that are much better. Like Bose. Unfortunately if you want the Bose that is similar to this par then you cannot buy from apple as they do not offer them. I also own a pair for the beats sport and the sound does seem to be better than this pair and the battery life is amazing.

Have been the best wireless over neck style.

I love these headphones they have been the best everas far as wireless. I recommend them to anyone. We work construction we also haul trucks big 18 wheeler‘s and I’ve had them about six months now and the only LITTLE problem that I have and sometimes the connection is aggravating to get connected. But simply just unlock your phone hold the power button and click connect on your iPhone. I work around grinders and heavy equipment and very loud things if I put the BeatsX and turn the music half to 3/4 I don’t hear anything else around me if I get a phone call, they work perfect if I’m in the vehicle or not around noise but I’ll go in but if I’m around loud noises all you have to do is hold the mic closer to your mouth and it works perfectly fine the people that are writing these as one star probably got a bad bunch and I’m sorry to hear that I really hope you can try them again because last I’ve seen they were on sale for $89.99. I paid $110 and they have been worth every penny so far and I will recommend them to Everyone in anymore thank you Apple for making this product better. Also everyone I’ve asked on the other end of gone say they hear me just fine.

Great sound but breaks too quickly

I bought mine during Black Friday of 2017 and the sound is really good and amazing at blocking out outside noises even thought they aren't noise canceling. I enjoyed them a lot and got a lot of compliments, but suddenly out of no where the power button stopped working. The light still turns on and it still charges but the power button is unresponsive.

    Worst headphones I've ever owned

These are just terrible, and money would be so much better spent paying an extra $10 for airpods. I wanted wireless headphones for running, but the weight of the battery and controls is so much that these are constantly being pulled out of my ears from the force of these bumping up and down. Makes for a very uncomfortable workout. Aside from that, the sounds is bad for the price. Wish I hadn't bought them.

    WORST HEADPHONES EVER

I bought this headphones for freaking $110 and it wasn't working from the moment I bought. I had to exchange it for another defective piece. This second defective piece was again replaced. It took about 10 days to enjoy the first experience of beats. And now the third one isn't working. All the three had the same issue. The earphones don't get charged. When three earphones have a similar problem, it is a flaw in the fundamental design of the earphones.
This will remain the worst purchase I ever made. This is my ever first review for any product. I am doing this to show my sheer frustration and to wake up the engineering team to build better earphones.
I thought of gifting this to a friend. Now I would not even recommend this to anyone. Thank you for making me roam around your stores for months along. :(

    Free airline earbuds are better

These headphones have worse sound quality than the free earbuds that airlines hand out. The tin sound was unforgivable. Setup and pairing worked perfectly, and I like the style and fit, but I'm returning due to complete lack of quality.

    Not for working out!!

I got these late January and they completely died by the end of February! These do NOT work if you workout with them. The second I got sweaty in my workout the controls didn’t work. The volume would go all the way down and up by itself, the songs would skip, and I couldn’t turn it off because all the buttons/controls on it wouldn’t turn off. The cord was also really long which I didn’t particularly like. When these worked for the first couple weeks I really liked them because the sound quality was great for wireless headphones. If you are just using these for school, running errands, etc. these are the headphones for you. If you’re trying to hit the gym with these I would keep searching.

    DO NOT BUY

They were fine, until the volume key came off all of a sudden. I tried to get them fixed, especially since I thought I was going to get good quality earphones for the price I was paying. And it turns out to repair these because "accidental damage" is out of the warranty it would be 80 dollars.

    Not reliable

I had those for 7 months, the sound is OK, but suddenly stop working, drop dead, I tried to recharge them many times, but nothing anymore. Definitely not something I will buy again, especially at that price.

Fine for Music, look elsewhere if you use them for phone calls

    The good:
    * Out of the box, they paired very quickly with my iPhone
    * Battery life is pretty good. I get between 7-8 hours when listening to music
    * I like that they hang around my neck (this is likely subjective)
    * They do a good job of sounds isolation. (People usually have to tap my shoulder when they walk up to my desk. Also, they do a great job on the plane of blocking out the engine drone)
    * Charging time is pretty fast. The fast charge option is a life saver if you constantly use them.
    * Charging on the same power cord type as the iPhone. (it's just one less cord I have to carry)

    The bad:
    * Battery life drops to about 4 hours when you are doing non-stop calls. (it's acceptable because of the quick charge. 5 min of charging will get me through a ~30 min call)
    * It's a pain to switch source devices. (i.e. I go back and forth between the iPhone and my MacBook all the time).
    * On several occasions (when paired with the iPhone), music is playing but calls are routed through the phone. So I have to physically change that when a call comes in. (that's just STUPID!)
    * I've had a lot of problems with them not working correctly when paired with my MacBook and trying to participate in skype/webex/join.me calls. About half the time, I have to spend at least 2 min going through and changing the source/output settings in the Macbook, then in the application.
    * The Mic picks up EVERY LITTLE THING IN THE ROOM! So if you try and take a call in a place where other people are talking at normal levels around you (i.e. work) the person you called hears everyone else BUT you.

    Conclusion:
I like the format a lot. I like using them for music. However, I would return them if I could. (I've had them about 45 days now and am outside the return period for Best Buy) They fail for he main reason I purchased them was to make taking phone calls easier since I participate in several "marathon" calls every day.

    Where is the bass ?!

I like that when I watch a video the audio follows the scene and is not delayed. How ever where is the bass? Horrible. I have one song that sounds good in all of my other earphones, car that doesn’t have that much bass, and these...just... Don’t call these “Beats”, no beat.

You pay for what you get

I’m mildly disappointed with this product. The sound quality isn’t the best and the base is lacking; however, they fit comforatablely and link up with my phone without a problem. This is my first beats product and my hopes were relatively high. I guess you are just paying for a brand name...

Light, good quality, and good for everyday use.

I bought these on Bestbuy after my Apple earbuds broke in the laundry machine. At first I was cautious since it was the first time I bought earbuds over $100, but after a friend told me they were good I decided to buy them. first thing I noticed was that it came with different eartips and wings. I had to use the smallest tips since my eardrum was so small. I also used the wingtips, which hurt my ear after I wore them for a long time, but my ear has grown accustomed to it and now it doesn’t hurt. The sound is very balanced, and the bass isn’t too low. I listen to rap, hip hop, and pop and they work perfectly. They charge with a lightning cable, which is convenient. They also have a quick charge, which means you get 2 hours of listening with a 5 minute charge. I wear these every minute of every day, and I forget I’m wearing them when I am at school working. These are perfect for every day use. Any problems with them falling out of your ear is your problem, and not the earbuds’. I would recommend it, especially at the price I got them for at BestBuy.

    Beats X Headphones

    Lightweight and Versatile!
Are you someone who is always busy or always on the go? Do you enjoy listening to your music whenever it is convenient for you? The Beats X headphones provide quality sound along with a comfortable and discreet design. Do you find headphone cords annoying, are they always in your way? The Beats X are Bluetooth meaning you don’t have to deal with annoying cords. Don’t worry about headphone cords with your already busy schedule! The quality, versatileness, and convenience of the Beats X make them a top pick when it comes to choosing headphones.
    Quality:
Headphones are one of those products that have a massive price range, anywhere from $5-$250. If you have ever bought headphones at the low end of this price range, you know that price is somewhat of an indication of quality. The Beats X are priced at $150.00, this can be a shocking price at first but once you try them you will see that quality lines up with their price. The Beats X will give you clear and defined sound no matter the music you like. The Beats X will also last longer than headphones in the lower price range. Once you buy your Beats X you don’t need to worry about replacing them every year. That $150.00 price makes the Beats X worth it because you get to hear your music clearly and you won’t be constantly replacing headphones!
    Versatileness:
If you have a busy schedule like many others, then the Beats X will be your new go-to. You can use your Beats X at work, the gym, shopping, or almost anywhere you can think of. They are very lightweight and discreet which makes it easy to wear them whenever you want to listen to your favorite songs, podcasts, or whatever you enjoy. The fact that Beats X are Bluetooth means you don’t have to have your phone tied to you. You won’t have to worry about the cord being in your way while working out or picking up groceries. There are many different sizes for the ear pieces which means you can pick which one will be comfortable for you. They also available in different colors so you could pick the color that matches you best! The Beats X are the headphones that will get you through whatever your day or week has in store.
    Convenience:
The Beats X are small enough that you can carry them in your purse or your pocket at all times. You can easily use them whenever you want to. If you have and iPhone there is an added benefit you will receive by choosing Beats X. The Beats X use the lightening charger meaning you would only have one cable to keep with you. If you use another charger then no worries, you will receive a charger for your Beats X so there is not another expense. Apple users also get a 3-month free trial of Apple Music with the purchase of Beats X. The Beats X are compatible with any computer, phone or other device that uses Bluetooth. The most convenient part of Beats X is that if you only have 5 minutes to charge them then that will give you 2 hours of music play, a full 8-hour charge is only 45 minutes away.
I highly recommend the Beats X, they have gotten me through my daily life as a student with a busy schedule. Anyone with a busy schedule can benefit from the Beats X. The Beats X are sold at various places online, but you can also just head to your local Target or Walmart to pick up a pair. Once you have your pair you will experience these benefits and many more!

    These headphones are bad

These headphones are not bad. Great sound and battery. But in three weeks of use, the right speaker busted. $109 wasted and its $80 to fix it. Not recommended.

    Great fit

I had problems at first because my ears were hurting but I just didn’t push the earbuds too deep and I was good. The option of wingtips and eartips are good. Plus great battery life. Very comfortable to wear. Sound is good!
