    Crazy good quality!

    • Written by Raffaele F from Rexburg

I just got these amazing headphones. They work exactly like the AirPods but: they have a better sound quality, better battery time, a better grip and (for me) a better look.
I need to say that the battery life is better than the AirPods but it’s not 9 hours as claimed. And if need to compare them to the AirPods, I want to say that the AirPods are easier to wear and take off.

    I really like them, though.

Finally a descent beats for workout

    • Written by Jose H from APO

I have to say I was pretty skeptical since I when through about 15 pair of beats 3 since they kept dying after a 4 mile workout only and would never turn on. I have already ran a full marathon with these and they did amazingly for the whole run. They have few bugs like when you connect them to your devices sometimes they keep reconnecting to your phone even if you have tell them to do voice over CarPlay or even if you hit disconnect they keep connecting over and over. Also when you invoke Siri most of the time the voice come really low even if the volume is all the way up. Also they never turn off so that’s a good but also a bad thing.

    Love hate relationship 💔❤️

    • Written by clayton D from Brooklyn

I got a love and hate relationship they work good. My ears do start to hurt while wearing them. I change the rubbery thing that go in your ear to different sizes and that help but I still feel the pain. Battery life is really great and the sound for the music is ok nothing to go crazy for but it better to then the AirPods so I’m not going to complain. The case is pretty big but if you got a bag to put them in you should be fine. Over all I’m going to probably keep them. Hope my review help somebody my a choice to keep them, take care

    Almost perfect for business also

    • Written by Greg Y from Cary

I’ve had the Powerbeats Pro (PBP) for over a week and they are great. They do everything they are advertised to do, so will not comment on that.

While PBP are primarily targeted for the gym/sport scenarios, there use in the business environment is almost overlooked. AirPods were marketed for the commuter/business scene, as you could hear your music/call along with the surrounding ambient noise. The PBP can do the same thing, if desired. All one has to do is attach a slightly smaller silicon earpiece, to avoid the “ear seal” option the PBP promotes.

The battery life for the PBP, makes it ideal for business. You never have to worry about running out of power with multiple back to back calls. In stereo mode you have ~9 hrs of batter life, while using the PBP one ear at a time (mono), you have more than enough power for the work day. For those with multiple iPhones, or iPads and Macs, the switching is as seamless as the AirPods.

I stated ALMOST perfect for business, as the PBP is lacking what I believe is a basic function, and found it hard to believe it doesn’t exist. With the PBP you CAN NOT MUTE a phone call from the PBP earpieces, you must use the iPhone. I contacted Apple support twice on this issue, and every one I spoke to was surprised the functionality was missing. There are references in some comms to “muting a call”, but this just means declining an incoming call.

The mute functionality should be easy to implement, simply add “long hold” functionality to the (B) button while the call is active. (This is what the Apple support folks thought it should be.) The PBP have good call quality and are very comfortable for long term use, as in multiple conference calls, BUT you need to keep your iPhone near to mute the call.

In closing, they are comfortable over the ear, the sound quality is good for audio and telephone, the only thing missing is muting a call, which could be beneficial in a both a business and sport scenario.

Hopefully, the MUTE functionality can be added with a firmware release.

    Pretty good

    • Written by Roshan B from Vancouver

My only problems with these are that the case is massive, they're a little quieter than I had hoped, and there isn't any "Find my airpods" type feature (I don't understand why since they have the same exact chip inside).

Great fit, but phone quality volume is not too loud

    • Written by Brett B from Salt Lake City

Everything is wireless. Why not make wireless charging case for this newer Beats. Slight sound difference, phone quality calls are not too loud. I have volume up highest level. Can barely hear other end. BeatsX work great and PowerBeats3. Besides those few little areas, I think this product is great. Great fit. I wear glasses so its little work putting them around my ear. Eventually everything works.

    Very Solid

    • Written by Eric R from Glen Mills

These things are awesome, for sure the best beats ear buds thus far. Super good sound quality, very sleek and the connectivity is totally seamless. Everything is perfect EXCEPT they are not very comfortable. If you’re planning on wearing them for long periods of time like me (i.e. at work all day) I wouldn’t recommend. Other than that they’re amazing.
