From Airpods to Power Beats Pro

    • Written by Jeffrey Q from Toney

Started with Air pods, they were very good but sometimes would fall out of my ear. Then I got the Power Beats Pro, stays in my ears, way more comfortable to use, and has better sound isolation from the environment. So happy with the purchase.

Best Wireless Headphones for Working Out

    • Written by Roland M from Chula vista

The Powerbeats Pro is in my opinion the best wireless headphones on the market, particularly for active iPhone users. I’ve been using AirPods since they first came out and while I do think they are excellent headphones for non-active use, they never fit me well enough to stay in my ears during a workout. I also like keeping my phone in my pocket or backpack while I work out and love the fact that I can now change the volume on the earpiece itself. Another benefit that I’ve found with the Powerbeats are the fact that they are easier to clean than AirPods. With the Powerbeats the piece that goes into your ear is removable and thus can be cleaned if needed.

My only gripe with the Powerbeats Pro is the large case. I’ve tried holding the case in my pants pocket and it feels like you’re holding a tennis ball in your pocket, its awkward. I had them in my pocket while in a store once and I kept feeling like at any moment store security was going to approach me thinking I was shoplifting. The good news is that with the 9 hour battery life you probably wont need to keep the case in your pocket ever. Overall I still love my AirPods but if I had to choose between the two I would go with the Powerbeats simply because it has more versatility.

    Worth it.

I don't know why all the backlash. Yes, we all know the Powerbeats 3 sucked on the manufacturing, but it worked pretty good to me almost three years, and the sound was always on point. Obviously the Pro's were gonna be a GREAT improvement; First, no problems with the connection, either one side or both, the sound is louder, clearer, the bass is good but not great, fair. The controls are very manageable and helpful. The incoming calls are good. And the best thing, they are very light and comfortable, unlike the Airpods. So overall, for how expensive they are, I can understand why. It's more durable and I hope they stay with me for a long while. Love the color!
