See your city in a new way and celebrate The Big Draw Festival with artist Jorge Colombo. To help kick off the New Yorker Festival, Colombo will tell stories of creating cover art for the magazine. He’ll share his process of getting inspired by New York by capturing photos of the city every day. You’ll get hands-on with iPad and Apple Pencil to bring city-scapes to life in the Procreate app.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Jorge Colombo moved to the USA in 1989. For the last 30 years, he has worked as an illustrator, photographer, and graphic designer. His work appears regularly in The New Yorker.
