Take a wellness break during our Midday Meditation series, offered the last Monday of each month this summer. In June, Darrell Jones from Chill Chicago will talk about the benefits of meditation and explain the science that supports it as a wellness practice. You’ll learn how to add meditation into your daily life and how to follow your progress using Apple Watch. All ages are welcome.

Darrell Jones is a meditation instructor and co-head of the teacher training program at Chill Chicago. He holds a master’s degree in consciousness studies from the Holmes Institute of Consciousness Studies.
