What file formats can be transferred from an SD card to my iPhone 6S?
I'm having difficulty with my iPhone recognizing the files on my SD card. They are jpeg and mp4. Inserting the adapter into the iPhone with an SD card with jpeg and mp4 files only launches the Photo app, nothing more. No indication to import is given.

Does this work to go the other way? May I transfer photos and videos from my iphone to an SD card?
I travel constantly and cannot always use icloud or wifi to transfer photos and videos off the phone. Thank you.

I have an Olympus OM- EM-1 camera can it "read" and "download" these raw files? Are the files stored on my iPad mini 4 or only on the iCloud?

can I use this to just view the pictures or do I have to transfer them?
I want to use this to read sd cards and possibly erase them on the go but don't want to save all the pictures to my iPhone 6 plus is this possible
